Abstract
Permasalahan di lingkungan sekolah adalah masih terjadinya perilaku intoleransi, diskriminasi terhadap minoritas, terpinggirkannya hak-hak minoritas, munculnya paham dan tindakan radikal yang menjadi ancaman bagi keutuhan dan persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa. Hal tersebut menunjukan masih ada sikap siswa yang tidak sesuai dengan nilai nasionalisme. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis secara mendalam terhadap peran organisasi intra dan ekstra sekolah dalam upaya Pembangunan sikap nasionalisme terhadap siswa kota Bandung. Organisasi yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah OSIS SMAN 8 Bandung dan PC IPNU kota Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif. Hasil pengumpulan data melalui teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data, kemudian divalidasi menggunakan teknik triangulasi narasumber dan triangulasi teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1) bentuk kegiatan SMAN 8 Bandung dan PC IPNU kota Bandung; Latihan Kepemimpinan, Peringatan Hari Besar Nasional, Study Tour atau kunjungan, Bakti Sosial, Masa Kesetiaan Anggota, Pelatihan Kader Muda, Pelatihan Kader Utama, Malam Kemah Pelajar, dan Habituasi nilai nasionalisme 2) hasil yang dicapai; munculnya indikator sikap nasionalisme dalam diri siswa, seperti: Sikap cinta tanah air; cinta budaya; disiplin; tenggang rasa; cinta lingkungan dan kebersihan; rasa persatuan; rasa solidaritas; rasa kepedulian; Peningkatan mereka dalam segi ibadah; Sadar etika. 3) kendala yang dihadapi; Kesadaran, Komitmen, Pembagian Waktu, Inovasi kegiatan, Pendanaan, serta Perizinan dari orang tua. 4) upaya yang dilakukan, Pendekatan kepada anggota secara emosinal, Berinovasi dalam kegiatan, Manajemen waktu yang lebih baik, Mendapatkan donatur atau mengembangkan kegiatan wirausaha organisasi, Dialog dengan orang tua agar terdapat kesepahaman dan rasa percaya. Problems in the school environment are still the occurrence of intolerant behavior, discrimination against minorities, the marginalization of minority rights, the emergence of radical ideas and actions that pose a threat to the integrity and unity and integrity of the nation. This shows that there are still student attitudes that are not in accordance with the value of nationalism. The research aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the role of intra and extra school organizations in an effort to cultivate a nationalist attitude towards Bandung city students. The organization that is the subject of research is the OSIS of SMAN 8 Bandung and the IPNU PC in Bandung. The approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive study methods. The results of data collection through interview techniques, observation and documentation were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and data verification, then validated using resource triangulation techniques and triangulation of data collection techniques. The results of the study showed 1) the form of activities of SMAN 8 Bandung and IPNU PCs in the city of Bandung; Leadership Training, Commemoration of National Holidays, Study Tours or visits, Social Services, Membership Loyalty Period, Training of Young Cadres, Training of Major Cadres, Student Tent Night, and Habituation of the value of nationalism 2) results achieved; the emergence of indicators of nationalism in students, such as: attitude of love for the country; cultural love; discipline; tolerance; love environment and cleanliness; a sense of unity; a sense of solidarity; caring; Their improvement in terms of worship; Ethical awareness. 3) constraints faced; Awareness, Commitment, Time Sharing, Innovation activities, Funding, and Licensing from parents. 4) efforts made, approach emotionally members, innovate in activities, better time management, get donors or develop organizational entrepreneurial activities, dialogue with parents so that there is understanding and trust.
