Abstract

Designer diindustri digital printing textile merupakan salah satu profesi yang mempunyai peran penting dalam industri fashion. Hal tersebut melatar belakangi penelitian yang berjudul manfaat hasil belajar teknologi desain busana sebagai kesiapan menjadi Desainer digital printing textile. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memperoleh data tentang manfaat hasil belajar teknologi desain busana sebagai kesiapan menjadi Desainer digital printing textile ditinjau dari penguasaan materi corel draw, penguasaan materi adobe photoshop, penguasaan materi desain panel dan kemampuan menggunakan software grafis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dengan alat pengumpul data berupa angket. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan sampel total, yaitu mahasiswa konsentrasi keahlian desain angkatan 2016 sejumlah 28 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan tujuan penelitian yaitu memahami materi corel draw, memahami materi adobe photoshop, memahami materi desain panel dan kemampuan menggunakan software grafis sebagian besar responden telah memiliki manfaat hasil belajar teknologi desain busana sebagai kesiapan menjadi Desainer digital printing textile. Designer in digital printing textile industry is one of the profession that has an important role in fashion industry. This reason became the background of the research entitled the benefit of fashion design technology learning outcomes as readiness to be a digital printing textile designer. The purpose of this research is to obtain data of the benefit of fashion design technology learning outcomes as readiness to be a digital printing textile designer based on mastering corel draw learning, mastering adobe photoshop learning, mastering panel design learning and skills using graphic software. Method used in this research is descriptive method with questionnaire as tool to collect data. Sample used in this research is total sampling, with total 28 student year 2016 whose majoring design. The conclusion of this study based on mastering corel draw learning, mastering adobe photoshop learning, mastering panel design learning and skills using graphic software, most of respondent already have benefit of fashion design technology learning outcomes as readiness to become digital printing textile designer.
