Abstract

Kabupaten Garut bagian selatan telah sejak lama dianggap tertinggal. Hal tersebut salah satunya karena prasarana jalan yang masih buruk. Kondisi jalan yang buruk menyebabkan aktivitas manusia terhambat sehingga berpengaruh terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat setempat. Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk mengatasi hal tersebut yaitu dengan pembangunan jalan. Ruas Jalan Cijayana-SP. Cilauteureun (Kiarakohok) merupakan salah satu ruas JJLS di Kabupaten Garut, dimana pembangunan JJLS merupakan mega proyek pemerintah untuk mengatasi ketimpangan pembangunan jalan di Pulau Jawa bagian selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembangunan JJLS di ruas jalan Cijayana-SP. Cilauteureun (Kiarakohok) terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat yaitu mata pencaharian, pendapatan, pengeluaran konsumsi rumah tangga, kepemilikan aset rumah tangga, tingkat pendidikan dan tingkat kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif komparatif. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, Mc Nemar Test, Marginal Homogenity Test dan Wilcoxon Match Paired. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembangunan JJLS di ruas jalan Cijayana-SP. Cilauteureun (Kiarakohok) berpengaruh terhadap mata pencaharian, pendapatan, kepemilikan aset rumah tangga, tingkat pendidikan dan tingkat kesehatan. Sementara itu, pada pengeluaran konsumsi rumah tangga, pembangunan JJLS di ruas jalan Cijayana-SP. Cilauteureun (Kiarakohok) tidak berpengaruh. The southern part of Garut Regency has been considered to be underdeveloped. One of the reasons because road infrastructure is still poor. Poor road conditions have hampered human activities, which have an effect on the socio-economic conditions of the local community. One of the government's efforts to overcome this is by building roads. Cijayana-SP. Cilauteureun (Kiarakohok) road is one of JJLS segments in Garut Regency, where the construction of JJLS is a government mega project to overcome the inequality of road development in the southern part of Java. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of JJLS development on the Cijayana-SP. Cilauteureun (Kiarakohok) road on the socio-economic conditions such as livelihoods, income, household consumption expenditure, household asset ownership, education level and health level. The method used in this study is quantitative with a comparative descriptive approach. The analysis used was descriptive analysis, McNemar Test, Marginal Homogenity Test and Wilcoxon Match Paired. The results of the study show that the construction of the JJLS on the Cijayana-SP. Cilauteureun (Kiarakohok) road affected livelihoods, income, household asset ownership, education level and health level. Meanwhile on household consumption expenditure, the construction of JJLS on the Cijayana-SP Cilauteureun (Kiarakohok) road has no effect.
