Abstract

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Factorial Design dengan menggunakan desain Pretest – Posttest eksperimen. Eksperimen dilakukan dengan objek penelitian yang terdiri dari dua kelas eksperimen yaitu kelas TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) dan kelas TPS (Think Pair Share). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, selain itu untuk membandingkan perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelas yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS (Think Pair Share), dengan demikian akan terlihat bagaimana efektivitas penggunaan model pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran mata diklat pengukuran listri. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar pada kelas TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) dengan pencapaian Gain rata-rata 0,44. Sedangkan hasil yang dicapai pada kelas TPS (Think Pair Share) yaitu 0,34 pada aspek kognitif. Pada penilaian aspek psikomotor kelas TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) mendapat rata-rata nilai 69,07 sedangkan hasil yang dicapai pada kelas TPS (Think Pair Share) yaitu 67,96. Untuk penilaian aspek afektis untuk model TAI dan TPS masing-masing mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 66,34 dan 65,66 Hasil ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan antara hasil belajar kelas yang menggunakan model pembelajaran tipe TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) dengan kelas yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS (Think Pair Share). Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran tipe TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) lebih efektif bila dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran kelas yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS (Think Pair Share). Pembelajaran kooperatif sangat membantu untuk mengantarkan siswa mencapai penguasaan kompetensi secara tuntas pada mata pelajaran Sistem Pengukuran Listrik. Oleh karena itu, pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran tipe TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) lebih efektif untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran produktif. Kata Kunci : TAI (Team Assisted Individualization), TPS (Think Pair Share), Eksperiment, Pretest–Posttest. The method used is the factorial design by using Pretest - posttest experiment. Experiments carried out with the object of study that consists of two classes, namely class experiments TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) and class TPS (Think Pair Share). Study was conducted to obtain an image of raised student learning outcomes, in addition to comparing the differences in learning outcomes between the classes that use cooperative learning model type TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) with a model of cooperative learning type TPS (Think Pair Share), will thus be seen how effective use of learning models in the learning process of electrical measurements. The experimental results show an increase in class used TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) with an average achievement gain 0.44 on the cognitive aspects. While the results achieved in the class used TPS (Think Pair Share) is 0.34 on the cognitive aspects. These results indicate a difference between the results of classroom learning use the learning model of type TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) with a class that use a cooperative learning model type TPS (Think Pair Share). From this study it can be concluded that learn to use a type of learning model of TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) is more effective when compared to classroom learning using cooperative learning model type TPS (Think Pair Share). Cooperative learning is helping to usher students achieve mastery of competence in the subject thoroughly Electrical Measurement System. Therefore, learning to use a type of learning model of TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) is more effective to support the learning process productive. From this study, it can be concluded that learn with using Type TAI learning model is more effective when compared with class which used Type TPS cooperative learning model. Cooperative learning very useful to help students achieve mastery of competence in the subject of Electrical Measurement System thoroughly. Therefore learn using Type TAI learning model more effective to help productive learning process.
