Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh aktivitas mahasiswa di ormawa yang sering dianggap adanya ketidakselarasan dengan kelancaran perkuliahan, hal ini ditunjukan berdasarkan pengamatan awal bahwa mahasiswa yang aktif pada organisasi mengalami penurunan produktifitas pada proses perkuliahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana keaktifan mahasiswa dalam organisasi dan proses perkuliahan mereka sehari-hari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling pada 80 mahasiswa angkatan 2016 yang menjadi pengurus pada organisasi masing-masing di FPTK UPI. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) keaktifan mahasiswa dalam organisasi intra kampus termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, hal ini ditunjukan dengan intensitas aktivitas yang dilakukan seperti mengikuti badan pengurus organisasi, mengikuti panitia kegiatan, mengikuti rapat kepengurusan, rapat kepanitian, dan rapat anggota. (2) proses perkuliahan termasuk dalam kategori baik, hal ini ditunjukan dengan aktivitas alur proses perkuliahan diantaranya mengikuti perkuliahan pendahuluan, pengerjaan tugas, UTS, dan UAS, dari mulai awal kedatangan perkuliahan, proses pembelajaran, dan sampai akhir pertemuan. (3) keaktifan mahasiswa dalam organisasi intra kampus berpengaruh rendah terhadap variabel proses perkuliahan mahasiswa ----- Background of this research is based on the Student activities in ormawa are often considered to be inconsistent with the fluency of lectures, this is shown based on initial observations that students who are active in the organization be through a decrease in productivity in the lecture process.. This study aims to find out the impact of student activeness in intra university organizations on the students lecture process of the Faculty of Technology and Vocational Education. The research method used correlational research type with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling on 80 students of the 2016 grade who hold position in their respective organizations in the FPTK UPI. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The results of the study show that: (1) the activeness of students in intra university organizations which included in the high category, this is indicated by the intensity of activities carried out such as following the organization's governing body, participating in the activity committee, attending board meetings, committee meetings, and meeting members. (2) the lecture process which included in the good category, this is indicated by the activities of the lecture process including participating in preliminary lectures, assignments, UTS, and UAS, starting from the beginning of the lecture arrival, learning process, and until the end of the lecture. (3) activeness students in the organization intra university has a low impact on the variable lecture process of students
