Abstract

Harga menjadi acuan dalam memilih dan menentukan ketika seseorang ingin membeli makanan dan minuman. Salah satu faktornya yaitu adanya perbandingan harga yang mahal dengan harga yang lebih murah pada suatu produk makanan dan minuman. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan orang – orang beranggapan bahwa harga tersebut akan adil ketika mereka mendapatkan produk tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dapat diadakan penelitian mengenai analisis pengaruh price fairness terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Tos Raos Coffee Shop Aston Braga Hotel & Residence. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Tekhnik sampling yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan 157 responden. Tekhnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah SPSS 22 windows. Hasil penelitian mununjukan bahwa variabel price fairness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pada variabel price fairness ada dimensi yang memiliki terendah yaitu tingkat kesesuaian akan adilnya harga makanan dan minuman yang ditawarkan. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah memcantumkan informasi mengenai harga baik di media sosial maupun di website agar memudahkan para pelanggan dalam mengetahui informasi harga dari produk makanan dan minuman yang ada di Tos Raos Coffee Shop. Price is a reference in choosing and determining when someone wants to buy food and beverage. One factor is the existence of an expensive price comparison with lower prices on a food and beverage product. This resulted in people assuming that the price would be fair when they got the product. Based on these problems, research can be conducted on the analysis of the effect of price fairness on customer satisfaction at Tos Raos Coffee Shop Aston Braga Hotel & Residence. The type of research used is descriptive and verification. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with 157 respondents. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and literature studies. The data analysis used is simple linear regression. The data processing method used is SPSS 22 windows. The results of the study show that the price fairness variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In the price fairness variable there is a dimension that has the lowest that is the level of conformity of the price of food and beverage offered. Suggestions in this study are to include information about prices both in social media and on the website to make it easier for customers to know the price information of food and beverage products at Tos Raos Coffee Shop.
