    Abstract

    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan tingkat konsentrasi dengan posisi pemain sepakbola Persib U-16. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif, dengan instrument yang digunakan yaitu Concentrasi Grid Test (CGT). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain Persib U-16 yang mengikuti kompetisi Liga1 U-16. Sample diperoleh dari seluruh pemain Persib U-16 yang mengikuti kompetisi Liga1 U-16 melalui teknik total sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengolahan dan analisis data. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif bahwa seorang penjaga gawang dengan tingkat konsentrasi tertinggi diantara pemain yang berada di posisi yang lain ----- The goal of this research is to know the concentration level relations to the players position of Persib U-16. This method research that used is descriptive research method, the instrument that applied is Concentration Grid Test (CGT). Population that involved in this research is all Persib U-16 players who join Liga 1 U-16 Competition. Sample that obtained is all Persib U-16 players who join Liga 1 U-16 through sampling total technique. Based on the research processing and data analysis result. Concluded that there is a positive relationship that a goalkeeper with the highest level of concentration between players who are in another position
