Abstract
Pembelajaran aktivitas ritmik merupakan materi ajar dalam pendidikan jasmani di SD. Berdasarkan pengamatan, masalah yang teridentifikasi pada pembelajaran aktivitas ritmik materi ajar lompat tali di SDN 044 Cicadas Awigombong yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai penerapan strategi dalam pembelajaran aktivitas ritmik lompat tali, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran, dan tingkat individualis peserta didik. Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif metode TGT melalui media audio visual bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar serta mengembangkan nilai kerjasama di samping merupakan metode yang belum pernah dilakukan oleh guru pendidikan jasmani, juga mempermudah guru dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran aktivitas ritmik materi lompat tali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PTK yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IV di SDN 044 Cicadas Awigombong dengan jumlah 25. Semua data kemudian dianalisis dan diolah hingga treatment terakhir, data pada observasi awal terhadap nilai kerjasama 20% meningkat menjadi 89% dan terhadap keterampian lompat tali 38% meningkat menjadi 95%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif metode TGT terhadap pembelajaran aktivitas ritmik lompat tali melalui media audio visual (video) pada peserta didik kelas IV di SD Negeri 044 Cicadas Awigombong memberikan peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar baik terhadap keterampilan lompat tali maupun terhadap nilai kerjasama peserta didik. Rhytmic activity is basic subject in elementary physical education. Based on observation, there were some problem in teaching rhythmic activity especially rope jumping at SDN 044 Cicadas Awigombong, the problems were the lack of teacher knowledge about teaching strategy for rhythmic activity “jumping rope” and the lack of teaching. Cooperative method TGT and audio visual media were used by writer to improve learning process and to improve student’s cooperation, this method is simplified teaching process of rhythmic activity “jumping rope” and never been used before by the physical education teacher. This research used classroom action research method which was conducted in two cycles. Subject of this research was 25 4th grade student’s of SDN 044 Cicadas Awigombong. All data were then analyzed and processed until the last treatment, the data on the initial observation of the cooperation value was 20% to 89% and 38% to the jump rope availability to 95%. According to data progress were shown at every meeting, student’s score in cooperation and ability in jumping rope increased. This research concluded that implementation of cooperative learning model method TGT through audio visual in teaching rhythmic activity “jumping rope” to 25 4th grade student’s of SDN 044 Cicadas Awigombong was significant student’s score in cooperation and ability in jumping rope.
