Abstract

Indonesia secara geologis terletak pada pertemuan tiga lempeng tektonik utama yaitu Lempeng Eropa Asia, India-Australia, dan Pasifik. Tujuan penilitan ini adalah Mengetahui sistem konversi Energi dan Efisiensi pada Turbin Star Energy Wayang Windu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode survey. Proses perhitungan pada penelitian ini menggunakan persamaan Efisiensi pada turbin dan generator. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem pembangkit listrik secara energi pada Star Energy Wayang Windu menggunakan uap panas bumi sebagai penggerak turbin dan turbin tersebut di-couple sehingga generator ikut berputar. Efisiensi konversi energi dari turbin dan generator pada unit 1 dengan 4 tahun terakhir berturut-turut sebesar 88,896%, 86%, 85,33%, 83,33%. Kemudian di unit 2 dengan 4 tahun terakhir berturut-turut dengan efisiennya sebesar : 87,62%,60,28%,12,35%,32,09%. Indonesia is geologically located at the confluence of three major tectonic plates, namely the European Asian, Indian-Australian, and Pacific Plates. The purpose of this research is to find out the energy conversion system and efficiency of the Wayang Windu Star Energy Turbine. This research was carried out by survey method. The calculation process in this study uses the efficiency equation for turbines and generators. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the energy generation system in Star Energy Wayang Windu uses geothermal steam as a driving force for turbines and turbines that are paired so that the generator also rotates. The energy conversion efficiency of turbines and generators in unit 1 with the last 4 years in a row was 88.896%, 86%, 85.33%, 83.33%. Then in unit 2 with the last 4 years in a row with efficiency of: 87.62%, 60.28%, 12.35%, 32.09%.
