Abstract

Ekosistem bagian hulu merupakan daerah tangkapan air utama dan pengatur aliran (Polontalo,2008), sedangkan pada DAS Cimanuk daerah tangkapan air dan pengatur aliran untuk ekosistem bagian hulu berkurang karena banyak alih fungsi lahan. Kondisi eksisting pada DAS Cimanuk seperti ini akan berpengaruh terhadap karakteristik hidrologi termasuk Sediment Delivery Ratio (SDR). Berdasarkan analisis peta penggunaan lahan di Sub DAS Cimanuk Hulu, penggunaan lahan tahun 2006 sampai 2014 terus mengalami perubahan. Dengan berubahnya penggunaan lahan, maka nilai c akan berpengaruh terhadap erosi. Erosi merupakan faktor pengaruh terhadap perubahan nilai Sediment Delivery Ratio (SDR). Nilai Sediment Delivery Ratio (SDR) dapat menentukan keadaan atau kekritisan pada suatu DAS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Sub DAS Cimanuk Hulu pada tahun 2006 Sub DAS Cimanuk Hulu normal, tahun 2009 Sub DAS Cimanuk Hulu tidak normal, tahun 2011 Sub DAS Cimanuk Hulu rusak, tahun 2012 Sub DAS Cimanuk Hulu tidak normal dan pada tahun Sub DAS Cimanuk Hulu 2014 kembali normal. Berdasarkan perhitungan statistik dengan metode regresi sederhana maka didapatkan hasil bahwa penggunaan lahan yang berpengaruh terhadap Sediment Delivery Ratio (SDR) diantaranya hutan primer, pertanian, pertanian campur semak, sawah, pemukiman dan tanah terbuka. Ecosystem in upstream area is the main water catchment area and flow regulator (Polontalo,2008), while in Cimanuk Watershed, it decrease because of land conversion. This existing condition in Cimanuk Watershed will implement to hydrology characteristic including Sediment Delivery Ratio (SDR). Based on land use map analysis in Upstream Cimanuk Sub-Watershed, the land use on 2006 until 2014 continuously changing. By the changing of land use, then c value will take effect to erosion. Erosion is influence factor to the change of Sedimen Delivery Ratio (SDR) value. The Sedimen Delivery Ratio (SDR) value can determine the condition or the critical situation in watershed. The result of this research shows that Upstream Cimanuk Sub-Watershed on 2006 was normal, on 2009 Upstream Cimanuk Sub-Watershed was not normal, on 2011 Upstream Cimanuk Sub-Watershed was damaged, on 2012 Upstream Cimanuk Sub-Watershed was not normal, and on 2014 Upstream Cimanuk Sub-Watershed was back to normal. Based on statistic analysis with simple regression method shows result the land use that take effect to Sedimen Delivery Ratio (SDR) such as primary forest, agriculture, agiculture mix with shrubs, paddy field, housing and open space.
