Abstract
Para pengusaha UMKM di bidang airbrush masih mencari cara pembuatan alat silent compressor di internet. Hasil yang didapat hanya berupa artikel-artikel pembuatan alat dan berupa video yang harus diakses secara online. Dari latarbelakang tersebut, peneliti mencoba membuat pedoman pembuatan alat berupa modul pembuatan alat. Penelitian skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui tingkat kelayakan modul pembuatan silent compressor satu fasa untuk anggota organisasi Indonesia Airbrush Venture. Untuk dunia pendidikan, penulis akan membuat modul rancang bangun compressor silent ini bagi para pelaku UMKM di bidang seni airbrush. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Metode penelitian research and development (R&D) adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu, dan menguji keefektifan produk tersebut. Produk yang akan dikembangkan dan diuji kelayakannya dalam penelitian ini adalah modul pembuatan silent compressor satu fasa untuk organisasi Kemasyarakatan di bidang airbrush. Tahap pertama dilakukan pengujian ahli (Expert Jugement) kepada dosen ahli media, expert di bidang silent compressor sebagai ahli materi, dan ketua organisasi bidang seni airbrush sebagai ahli lapangan. Hasil dari uji ahli Media mendapat skor total persentase nilai 91,25 %. Uji ahli materi mendapat skor total dengan persentase 88,24 %. Uji ahli lapangan mendapat skor total persentase 90,28 %,. Uji coba awal yang dilakukan kepada 3 responden untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan masukan sebelum dilakukan uji coba lapangan. Uji coba awal mendapat skor total persentase 73,61 %. Uji coba lapangan yang dilakukan kepada 15 responden untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan modul pembuatan silent compressor satu fasa mendapat skor total persentase 79,44 %. Micro entrepreneurs are still looking for ways to manufacture silent compressors on the internet. The results obtained only in the form of articles making tools and in the form of videos that must be accessed online. From this background, researchers try to make guidelines for making tools in the form of tool making modules. This thesis research aims to develop and determine the feasibility of the module for making a single-phase silent compressor for members of the Indonesian Airbrush Venture organization. For education, the author will make this compressor silent design module for micro enterpreneurs in the field of airbrush art. This research uses Research and Development (R & D) research method. Research and development (R & D) is research methods used to produce certain products, and test the effectiveness of these products. The product that will be developed and tested for its feasibility in this research is a module for making a one-phase silent compressor for the Indonesian Airbrush Venture organization. The first phase was carried out by expert testing (expert jugement) to media expert lecturers, experts in the field of silent compressors as material experts, and the chairperson of the airbrush art organization as a field expert. The results of the Media expert test received a score percentage of 91.25%. Material expert test got a score percentage of 88.24%. Field expert test got a score percentage of 90.28%. The initial trial was conducted on 3 respondents to find out the feasibility and input before field trials were conducted. The initial trial got a percentage of 73.61%. Field trials conducted for 15 respondents to determine the feasibility of the module made a single-phase silent compressor got a percentage of 79.44%.
