Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangin oleh diduga lingkungan kerja fisik yang kurang baik dan peralatan kerja praktik yang kurang lengkap. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kondisi lingkungan kerja fisik bengkel program keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan, apakah sudah sesuai dengan standar Permendiknas No.40 Tahun 2008, Keputusan Menteri kesehatan No.1429/MENKES/SK/XII/2006 dan No. 1405/MENKES/SK/XI/2002, BNSP, SNI, dan pendapat para ahli. Indikator lingkungan kerja pada penelitian ini adalah peralatan praktik, kebersihan, luas bengkel, kebisingan, penerangan, pewarnaan, dan sirkulasi udara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mencari tahu dan mendeskripsikan tentang kondisi lingkungan kerja fisik bengkel Teknik Kendaraan Ringan. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan pengukuran secara langsung kepada objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masih terdapat peralatan praktikum yang belum sesuai dengan BNSP, temperatur bengkel di atas standar maksimal Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan, luas area praktik yang belum sesuai dengan standar Permendiknas No.40 Tahun 2008, penerangan yang masih kurang dan tidak sesuai standar SNI, kebersihan sudah sesuai standar Permendiknas No.40 Tahun 2008, kebisingan sesuai standar Kepututas Menteri Kesehatan dan pewarnaan yang sudah sesuuai dengan pendapat para ahli dengan menggunakan warna yang dingin. berdasarkan data yang penulis temukan, maka dapat di tarik kesimpulan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik bengkel Teknik Kendaraan Ringan di SMKN 7 Baleendah belum sesuai dengan standar yang di tentukan. The research is motivated by the problem of poor air circulation and incomplete practical work equipment. The purpose of this study is to determine the physical working environment condition of the workshop of light vehicle engineering program, whether it is in accordance with the standards Permendiknas No.40 Tahun 2008, Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan No.1429/MENKES/SK/XII/2006 and No. 1405/MENKES/SK/XI/2002, BNSP, SNI, and expert opinion. workshop area, noise,lighting, coloring, and air circulation. This type of research is quantitative descriptive that aims ti find out and describe the physical working environment condition of the light vehicle engineering workshop. Retrieval of data using method of observation, interviews and measurements directly to the object of research. The results showed that there are still practicum equipment that is not in accordance with BNSP standards, the temperature of the workshop is above the maximum standard of the minister of health decree, the area of practice is not in accordance with the standard Permendiknas No.40 Tahun 2008, noise according to the standards of the decree of the minister of health, and coloring which is in accordance with the opinions of expert using cold colors. based on the data that the writer found, it can be concluded that the physical work environment of the light vehicle engineering workshop in SMKN 7 Baleendah is not in accordance with the specified standards.
