Abstract

Proses pencatatan yang tidak teratur dan pemberian sanksi secara langsung ternyata tidak memberikan efek jera kepada siswa. BK dan Kesiswaan memiliki bagian penting dalam kegiatan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan untuk mendisiplinkan siswa dan memberikan tindak lanjut terhadap siswa yang bermasalah. Banyaknya data yang harus di kelola belum lagi data yang tidak lengkap karena tercecer menjadi masalah tersendiri untuk BK dan Kesiswaan. Dalam pemenuhan bimbingan kelompok oleh BK, juga memilih prioritas kelas yang hanya di liat sebatas jumlah akumulasi pelanggaran dalam satu kelas. Penelitian ini di lakukan dengan menggunakan daftar catatan pelanggaran, daftar tata tertib dan daftar sanksi dan tindak lanjut. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini di rancang berbasis web dengan harapan dapat membantu kerja BK dan Kesiswaan dalam pencatatan pelangaran, pemberian sanksi dan tindak lanjut, hingga menentukan kelas mana yang harus mendapat bimbingan lebih dengan data-data yang valid dengan menerapkan Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decission Making (FMADM), dan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode FMADM ini adalah cara memberikan keputusan dengan menyeleksi alternatif pada semua atribut. Diharapkan dengan di rancangannya program ini, kinerja BK dan Kesiswaan semakin efektif dan efisien dalam menentukan sanksi dan tindak lanjut serta menentukan kelas yang bermasalah dan di nilai memiliki prioritas untuk mendapat bimbingan lebih. ;---The irregular recording process and direct sanctions apparently did not provide a deterrent effect to students. BK and Student Affairs have an important part in the activities of the Vocational High School to discipline students and provide follow-up to problem students. The large amount of data that must be managed is not to mention incomplete data because it has become a separate problem for BK and Student Affairs. In the fulfillment of group guidance by student council, it also has class priorities which are only seen as limited to the number of accumulated violations in one class. This research was conducted using a list of violation records, a list of rules and a list of sanctions and follow-up. This decision support system is designed web-based in the hope that it can help BK work and student affairs in recording violations, giving sanctions and follow-up, to determine which classes should receive more guidance with valid data by applying Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decission Making (FMADM ), and the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). This FMADM method is a way of making decisions by selecting alternatives on all attributes. It is expected that in the design of this program, the performance of BK and Student Affairs will be more effective in determining sanctions and follow-up and determining the class that is problematic and in value having priority to get more guidance.
