Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peranan Partai Nasdem Dewan Pimpinan Wilayah (DPW) Sumatera Barat dalam meningkatkan partisipasi politik kader perempuan melalui pendidikan politik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penentuan informan penelitian melalui teknik non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Teknik pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Peranan Partai Nasdem DPW Sumatera Barat dalam meningkatkan partisipasi politik kader perempuan melalui (a) penyusunan kegiatan-kegiatan pendidikan politik dalam program kerja tahunan bidang pendidikan politik DPW Nasdem Sumatera Barat; (b) Melakukan koordinasi, pembinaan dan fasilitasi terhadap DPD-DPD Partai Nasdem Se-Sumatera Barat; (2) Model pendidikan politik yang digunakan Partai Nasdem DPW Sumatera Barat meliputi (a) strategi pendidikan politik yaitu melakukan kerjasama dengan lembaga pemerintah dan organisasi masyarakat, pemberdayaan organisasi sayap partai khusus perempuan, program akademi bela negara (ABN) Partai Nasdem; (b) materi pendidikan politik yang diberikan adalah identitas kepartaian, peraturan perundangan-undangan paket politik, etika politik, pengetahuan seputar kewilayahan (sumatera barat), strategi rekrutmen politik; (c) metode pendidikan politik yang digunakan oleh partai relatif masih konvensional seperti ceramah, diskusi, workshop dan sosialisasi; (3a) Adapun kendala-kendala yang dihadapi partai dapat diklasifikasi sebagai berikut: pertama, kendala internal, meliputi rendahnya kepercayaan diri kader perempuan; kedua, kendala eksternal, yakni stereotip mengenai relasi perempuan dan politik dalam konstruksi sosial budaya masyarakat; ketiga, partai kekurangan dana untuk pelaksanaan pendidikan politik; keempat, kelemahan regulasi peraturan perundang-undangan seputar pendidikan politik kader partai; (3b) Upaya-upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut yakni pendekatan personal, pendekatan waktu; kebijakan tanpa mahar politik; sistem kaderisasi yang berjenjang dan berkelanjutan. -----This study aims to describe the role of the Nasdem Party of Regional Leadership Board (DPW) of West Sumatra in increasing the political participation of female cadres through political education. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive method. Determination of informant research through technique of non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Data collection through observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. Techniques of testing the validity of data using triangulation of data sources. The research findings show that (1) The role of Nasdem Party of DPW of West Sumatera in increasing the political participation of female cadres through (a) the preparation of political education activities in the annual work program of political education field of DPW Nasdem West Sumatra; (b) Coordinating, fostering and facilitation of DPD-DPD of the Nasdem Party of West Sumatera; (2) The political education model used by the Nasdem Party of DPW West Sumatra includes (a) the political education strategy of cooperating with government agencies and community organizations, empowering women's party wing organizations, the state defense academy program (ABN) of the Nasdem Party; (b) political education materials provided are party identity, political package legislation, political ethics, knowledge of territoriality (west sumatera), political recruitment strategy; (c) the methods of political education used by parties are still relatively conventional such as lectures, discussions, workshops and socialization; (3a) The constraints faced by the party can be classified as follows: first, internal constraints, including low self-esteem of female cadres; second, external constraints, stereotypes about women's relations and politics in socio-cultural construction of society; third, the party lacks funds for the implementation of political education; fourth, the weaknesses of regulatory legislation surrounding the political education of party cadres; (3b) Efforts that can be made to overcome these obstacles are personal approach, time approach; policy without political dowry; continuous regeneration system
