Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kepribadian siswa laki-laki maupun perempuan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran teaching personal social responsibility dan personalized system for instruction. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan desain factorial 2x2. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah SMAN 2 Cianjur yang berjumlah 850 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling. Sampel yang digunakan 60 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala angket 16 faktor kepribadian (the 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire) yang di adopsi teori Raymond B. Cettel (1998). Hasil dari analisis data Two Way ANOVA menunjukan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaan kepribadian antara siswa yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran TPSR dan model pembelajaran PSI, (2) Terdapat perbedaan kepribadian antara siswa yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran TPSR dan model pembelajaran PSI pada siswa laki-laki (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh kepribadian antara siswa yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran TPSR dan model pembelajaran PSI pada siswa perempuan, (4) Terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan gender terhadap perkembangan kepribadian siswa. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini model pembelajaran TPSR terbukti memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap perkembangan kepribadian siswa laki-laki maupun perempuan. Peneliti merekomendasikan kepada guru penjas untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran TPSR dalam meningkatkan kepribadian siswa.;---The purpose of this study is to improve the personality of male and female students through the application of learning models teaching personal social responsibility and personalized system for instruction. The method used in this study was a factorial 2x2 design experiment. The population in this study was SMAN 2 Cianjur which amounting to 850 students. Sampling uses cluster random sampling. The sample used was 60 students. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire of 16 personality factors (the 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire) adopted by the theory of Raymond B. Cettel (1998). The results of Two Way ANOVA data analysis show that: (1) There are differences in personality between students who learn to use the TPSR learning model and PSI learning model, (2) There are personality differences between students who learn to use TPSR learning models and PSI learning models in male students (3) There are differences in the influence of personality between students who learn to use the TPSR learning model and the PSI learning model for female students, (4) There is an interaction between learning models and gender on student personality development. The conclusion in this study is that the TPSR learning model is proven to have a positive influence on the personality development of male and female students. The researcher recommends the physical education teacher to apply the TPSR learning model to improve student personality.
