Abstract

Teaching factory merupakan salah satu solusi untuk menciptakan lulusan yang berkompetensi sesuai dengan kebutuhan di dunia kerja seperti industri. Persepsi merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi pelaksanaan pembelajaran teaching factory itu sendiri. Perlu adanya persepsi yang positif dari siswa agar terjadi pembelajaran yang baik, serta diperoleh hasil belajar yang baik dan kompetensi lulusan yang dapat memenuhi standar industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui persepsi siswa tentang penerapan teaching factory di kelas X APHP SMKN 1 Pacet; 2) mengetahui prestasi belajar siswa di kelas X APHP SMKN 1 Pacet pada mata pelajaran dasar proses pengolahan hasil pertanian menggunakan teaching factory; 3) mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang penerapan teaching factory terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran dasar proses pengolahan hasil pertanian di kelas X APHP SMKN 1 Pacet. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang meneliti pengaruh hubungan variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 40 siswa berasal dari siswa kelas X APHP 1 dan X APHP 2 SMKN 1 Pacet. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket dan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) persepsi siswa kelas X APHP SMKN 1 Pacet tentang penerapan teaching factory termasuk kategori baik; 2) prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran dasar proses pengolahan hasil pertanian sudah baik, dilihat dari nilai semua siswa yang dapat memenuhi batas ketentuan minimum (KKM); 3) persepsi siswa tentang penerapan teaching factory berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran dasar proses pengolahan hasil pertanian di kelas X APHP SMKN 1 Pacet dengan kontribusi sebesar 20,7%.-----Teaching factory is one solution to create graduates who competent in accordance with the needs in the world of work such as industry. Perception is a factor that can affect the implementation of teaching teaching itself. There needs to be a positive perception of students in order to occur a good learning, as well as obtained good learning outcomes and competence of graduates who can meet industry standards. This study aims to 1) to know the perception of students about the implementation of teaching factory in the class X APHP SMKN 1 Pacet; 2) knowing student achievement in class X APHP SMKN 1 Pacet on the basic subjects of agricultural processing using teaching factory; 3) to know the influence of students' perception about teaching factory application to student achievement on the basic subjects of agricultural processing in class X APHP SMKN 1 Pacet. This research includes descriptive research with quantitative approach that examines the influence of the relationship of independent variables and dependent variables. The sample of this research was 40 students from students of class X APHP 1 and X APHP 2 SMKN 1 Pacet. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that 1) the perception of students of class X APHP SMKN 1 Pacet about the implementation of teaching factory categorized in good category; 2) learning achievement of students on the basic subjects of agricultural processing was good, seen from the value of all students who are in accordance with the KKM value of 75 and many also exceed it; 3) the perception of students about the implementation of teaching factory had a positive and significant effect on student achievement on the basic subjects of agricultural processing in class X APHP SMKN 1 Pacet with the contribution value was 20.7%.
