Abstract
Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pengaruh kinerja mengajar dosen dan pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar tehadap efektivitas manajemen pembelajaran di Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kinerja mengajar dosen dan pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar terhadap efektivitas manajemen pembelajaran di Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 hipotesis yaitu: (1) Terdapat pengaruh mengajar dosen terhadap efektivitas manajemen pembelajaran di Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung;(2) Terdapat pengaruh pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar terhadap efektivitas manajemen pembelajaran di Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung;(3) Terdapat pengaruh kinerja mengajar dosen dan pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar terhadap efektivitas manajemen pembelajaran di Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian explanatory research. Subjek penelitian dilakukan di Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung dengan populasinya adalah mahasiswa yang berjumlah 2233 mahasiswa. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Stratified Random Sampling dan perhitungan ukuran sampel dilakukan dengan teknik power test. Dengan ukuran sampel minimal sebanyak 90 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui studi kepustakaan, observasi dan penyebaran angket dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Regresi. Hasil temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa Kinerja Mengajar Dosen dan Pemanfaatan Fasilitas Belajar berpengaruh terhadap Manajemen Pembelajaran di Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung. Direkomendasikan perlu adanya pengembangan dosen terhadap perkembangan manajemen pembelajaran sehingga memiliki kinerja adaptif mengajar sesuai dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, selain itu diharapkan para dosen perlu mengembangkan dan memanfaatkan perkembangan fasilitas belajar yang semakin canggih. Abstract This study focused on the influence of lecturer teaching performance and the utilization of learning facilities to the learning management effectiveness at Bandung Institute of Tourism. The research objective to identify and analyze the influence of lecturer teaching performance and the utilization of learning facilities to the learning management effective at Bandung Institute of Tourism. The hypothesis proposed in this study consisted of three hypotheses, that is: (1) Found influence on the effectiveness of teaching and learning management lecturer at Bandung Institute of Tourism; (2) There is the influence of facility utilization study of the effectiveness of learning management at Bandung Institute of Tourism; (3) There is the influence of faculty teaching performance and utilization management study of the effectiveness of learning in schools Bandung Institute of Tourism. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of explanatory research. Subjects research conducted at the Bandung Institute of Tourism with a student population totaling 2233 students. The sampling technique used in this study is Stratified Random Sampling and sample size calculation was done by using power test. With a minimum sample size of 90 respondents. Data collection techniques used through library research, observation and questionnaires and data analysis technique used is regression analysis. Research findings show that the lecturer teaching performance and the utilization of learning facilities influence on learning management effectiveness in Bandung Institute of Tourism. Recommended the need for lecturers development to the development of learning management so that it has the performance of adaptive teaching in accordance with the development of science and technology, but it is expected that the lecturers need to develop and leverage the development of increasingly sophisticated learning facilities.
