Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menguji efektivitas program bimbingan belajar untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa underachiever. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yakni pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode penelitian kuasi eksperimen.Instrumen yang digunakanyaituinstrumenMotivasi belajar.Analisisperhitunganmenggunakanstatistikadeskriptifuntukmelihatkenaikanskormotivasi belajar.Hasilpenelitianmenunjukanmayoritas siswa underachiever kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Bandung.(a) memilikimotivasi belajaryang berada pada kategori tinggi,(b) terumuskannya program bimbing belajar untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa underachiever,(c) Program bimbingan belajar efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa underachiever;---The study aims to test the effectiveness of the tutoring program to improve students' learning motivation underachiever. The research approach used is quantitative approach, with quasi experimental research method. The instrument used is Motivation learning instrument. Calculation analysis using descriptive statistics to see the increase in motivation score learning. The results showed the majority of students underachiever class XI SMA Negeri 1 Bandung. (a) have a learning motivation that is in the high category, (b) the formulation of learning guidance program to improve students' learning motivation underachiever, (c) Effective tutoring program to improve student learning motivation underachiever.
