Abstract
Perkembangan ekonomi di Indonesia telah memasuki era ekonomi kreatif yang menuntut para pekerja untuk memiliki kreativitas tinggi dan keterampilan kerja yang mumpuni. Hal tersebut menjadi tantangan baru bagi sekolah untuk mempersiapkan peserta didiknya supaya mampu bersaing dalam dunia kerja di era ekonomi kreatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai program keterampilan digital printing di SLB Negeri Pembina Tingkat Provinsi Jawa Barat sebagai upaya pemberdayaan peserta didik dengan hambatan pendengaran di bidang usaha ekonomi kreatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan metode naratif-deskriptif untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian terkait perencanaan program, pelaksanan program, evaluasi program, faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat penyelenggaraan program, serta upaya mengatasi hambatan dalam penyelenggaraan program tersebut. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi kemudian diuji keabsahannya melalui triangulasi, diskusi dengan external auditor, dan member checking. Data penelitian dianalisis melalui proses reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan program terdiri dari asesmen dan penyusunan RPP; pelaksanaan program terdiri dari kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan akhir yang dilakukan sesuai prinsip individual, totalitas penginderaan, kekonkritan, dan aktivitas mandiri; evaluasi program terdiri dari evaluasi proses dan evaluasi hasil; terdapat faktor pendukung dan penghambat program dari guru, peserta didik, fasilitas, dan kondisi di luar program; serta hambatan dalam program dapat diatasi oleh guru. Peneliti merekomendasikan kepada guru untuk menggunakan instrumen asesmen keterampilan digital printing dan instrumen evaluasi pembelajaran yang standar supaya program keterampilan digital printing tersebut berjalan lebih optimal. ;--- Economic development in Indonesia currently has entered the era of the creative economy which requires workers to have high creativity and capable work skills. It becomes a new challenge for schools to prepare their students to be able to compete in creative economy sectors. This research was conducted to obtain an overview about the digital printing skill program in SLB Negeri B Pembina Tingkat Provinsi Jawa Barat as an effort to empower students with hearing impairment in the creative economy sector. This research was conducted using qualitative approach and narrative-descriptive method. The data was collected through the study of documentations, interviews, and observations then validity test was done by data triangulation, discussion with the external auditors, and the members check. The data was then analyzed through the process of data reduction, data presentation, as well as the withdrawal of conclusions and data verification. The result of this research shows program planning consists of assessments and learning-plan arrangements; the implementation program consists of preliminary activities, core activities, and closing activities which is carried out according to principles of individuality, sensing totality, concreteness, and independent aivitiess; evaluation program consists of results and process evaluation; there are supporting and inhibiting factors for the program from the teacher, students, facilities, as well as outside forces; and inhibitions can be overcomed by the teachers. In order to execute the digital printing skill program more optimally, researchr recommend the teachers to use standard instruments for assessment and evaluation of the program.
