Abstract
Mediasebagaisalahsatukomponenmemilikikedudukan yangpentingdalamkegiatanpembelajaran.Penggunaan media video tutorial dapat membantu siswa dalam mencapai ketuntasan pada kegiatan praktek. Salah satunya dapat digunakan pada mata pelajaran Pengolahan dan Penyajian Makanan Kontinental agar hasil belajar dapat lebih meningkat. Penelitianinibertujuanmengembangkan video tutorial pembuatansaushollandaisesebagai media pembelajaranpadamatapelajaranPengolahandanPenyajianMakananKontinental.Metodepenelitian yang digunakanadalahkualitatifdeskriptifdengandesainpenelitianResearch & Developmentpada level 1.Langkah-langkahyang dilakukan meliputi identifikasipotensidanmasalah, pengumpulaninformasidanstudiliteratur, desainproduk, validasidesaindandesainteruji.Validasi yang dilakukanadalahvalidasicontentpadastory board danvalidasiconstractpada video tutorial.Hasilvalidasi video tutorial pembuatansaushollandaise sebagai media pembelajaransiswajasaboga SMK beradapadakategorilayakdigunakandenganskorvalidasicontent 91,1% danskorkelayakanvalidasiconstract96%.Penelitianiniperluditindaklanjutiuntukmelihatefektifitas pada penggunaan video dalampembelajaransiswajasaboga SMK. ;---Media as one of component has an important position in a learning process. Using media as a tutorial can help student to complete their practice lesson. It can be used at processing and serving continental food for the better result. Purpose of this research is developing tutorials video hollandaise of making as a tearning medium at processing and serving continental’s lesson. Research method that using qualitative descriptive with research and development design at first level steps taken including identification of potention and problem, accumulating information and study literature, design product, design validation, and tested design. Validation that had been done is validating coment at the story board and validating constract at the tutorials video hollandaise sauce making as a learning medium of jasaboga’s student vocational high school , Is the video are on fair to be used, with validation content’s score 91,1% and validation constract’s score 96%, this research have to be followed up to see effectiveness of this video for vocational high school’s student learning.
