Abstract

Tanggung jawab maupun agresivitas merupakan aspek yang dibutuhkan untuk suskes dalam menjalani proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dengan materi pencak silat di lingkungan sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini menguji efektivitas model pembelajaran teaching personal and social responsibility (TPSR) dalam meningkatkan tanggung jawab dan pengendalian agresivitas siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian faktorial 2 x 2. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas VIII di SMPN 1 Lembang yang berjumlah 360 siswa, dari populasi tersebut dilakukan cluster random sampling dan terpilih sampel sebanyak 72 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data tanggung jawab dan agresivitas menggunakan angket. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara model pembelajaran teaching personal and social responsibility dengan kovensional terhadap tanggung jawab dan agresivitas siswa, (2) terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan jenis kelamin terhadap tanggung jawab dan agresivitas siswa, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara model pembelajaran teaching personal and social responsibility dengan konvensional pada kelompok laki-laki terhadap tanggung jawab dan agresivitas siswa, (4) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara model pembelajaran teaching personal and social responsibility dengan konvensional pada kelompok perempuan terhadap tanggung jawab dan agresivitas siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa model pembelajaran teaching personal and social responsibility lebih efektif dibandingkan model pembelajaran konvensional dalam mengembangkan sikap tanggung jawab dan mengendalikan agresivitas siswa. The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of teaching personal and social responsibility learning model (TPSR) in increasing responsibility and controlling student aggressivity. The method used in this study was an experimental method with a 2 x 2 factorial research design. The population in this study was class VIII at SMPN 1 Lembang, which consisted of 360 students, from which the population was selected by cluster random sampling and a sample of 72 students was selected. The instrument of collecting data on responsibility and aggressivity uses a questionnaire. Analysis of research data using SPSS version 20. The results show (1) there is a difference in influence between teaching models of teaching personal and social responsibility with conventional to the responsibilities and aggressivity of students, (2) there is an interaction between learning models with gender on responsibilities and aggressivity students, (3) there is a difference in influence between the teaching model of teaching personal and social responsibility with the conventional in the group of men on the responsibility and aggressivity of students, (4) there is a difference in the influence between the teaching model of teaching personal and social responsibility with the conventional on the group of women towards student responsibility and aggressivity. The conclusion of the study is that teaching models teaching personal and social responsibility are more effective than conventional learning models in developing an attitude of responsibility and controlling student aggressivity.
