Abstract

Peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui peran kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran dan pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan terhadap kinerja mengajar guru merupakan upaya yang sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh dari peran kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah dan kegiatan pengembangan keprofesian terhadap mutu kinerja guru dengan menggunakan metode survey melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan hasil temuan dan uji analisis korelasi regresi sederhana dan berganda diharapkan dapat membuktikan hipotesis dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian secara parsial mengenai kepemimpinan pembelajaran dan pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan masing-masing memilki hubungan yang sedang dan searah dengan mutu kinerja mengajar guru. Secara simultan kepemimpinan pembelajaran dan pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan berpengaruh sedang terhadap mutu kinerja mengajar guru;---Improving the quality of education through the role of the principal as a leader of learning and continuous professional development of teacher teaching performance is a very important effort to do. This study aims to describe the influence of leadership role of principal learning and professional development activities on teacher performance quality by using survey method through quantitative approach. With the findings and test of simple and multiple regression correlation analysis is expected to prove the hypothesis in this study. The results of partial research on leadership leadership and continuous profession development each have a relationship that is and in line with the quality of teacher teaching performance. Simultaneously the leadership of learning and the development of sustainable professions have a moderate effect on the quality of teacher teaching performance.
