Abstract

Curug Pelangi merupakan kawasan wisata alam yang berada dalam ruang lingkup hutan lindung yang dimanfaatkan sebagai kawasan wisata. Sebagai kawasan wisata dan hutan lindung, pengelola Curug Pelangi harus dapat menjaga keseimbangan kedua fungsi utama tersebut, dimana pengunjung dapat berwisata dengan nyaman dan kelestarian terhadap lingkungan di Curug Pelangi tetap terjaga. Upaya dalam menjaga hal tersebut, harus memperhatikan aktivitas kepadatan pengunjung yang ada. Daya dukung pariwisata berkaitan dengan kualitas tempat yang digunakan untuk melakukan aktivitas wisata yang akan mempengaruhi kualitas lingkungan serta pada kenyamanan dan kepuasan wisatawan dimana kualitas lingkungan tersebut akan berakibat pada kerusakan lingkungan terutama di wisata alam salah satunya Curug Pelangi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor pembatas daya dukung di Curug Pelangi dan daya tamping maksimum di Curug Pelangi. Sebagai acuan perhitungannya, penelitian ini menggunakan metode cifuentes terkait daya dukung fisik (PCC), daya dukung riil (RCC) dan daya dukung efektif (ECC). Dengan 30 responden sebagai sampel, didapatkan hasil bahwa nilai PCC sebesar 453 dapat menampung secara fisik kawasan, RCC sebesar 106 dengan faktor koreksinya dan ECC sebesar 30 dimana Curug Pelangi telah melampaui batas maksimum kunjungan berdasarkan jumlah kunjungan harian tahun 2018 sebanyak 215. Dari segi fisik kawasan Curug Pelangi masih mampu menampung jumlah pengunjung rata-rata, namun tidak dari segi ekologis dan kapasitas manajemennya. As a tourist area and protected forest, the manager of Curug Pelangi must be able to maintain the balance of the two main functions, where visitors can travel comfortably and preserve the environment in Curug Pelangi. Efforts in maintaining this need to pay attention to existing visitor density activities. The carrying capacity of tourism is related to the quality of the place used to carry out tourist activities that will affect the quality of the environment and to the comfort and satisfaction of tourists where the quality of the environment will result in environmental damage, especially in natural tourism, which is the Curug Pelangi. The purpose of this study was to determine the limiting factors of carrying capacity in Curug Pelangi and the maximum for carrying capacity of Curug Pelangi. As a reference calculation, this study uses the cifuentes method related to physical carrying capacity (PCC), real carrying capacity (RCC) and effective carrying capacity (ECC). With 30 respondents as samples, the results show that the PCC value of 453 can physically accommodate the area, the RCC are 106 with a correction factor and ECC are 30 with management capacity that turns out the Curug Pelangi has exceeded the maximum visit limit based on the number of daily visits in 2018 of 215. From the physical point of view Curug Pelangi is still able to accommodate the average number of visitors, but not in terms of its ecological and management capacity.
