Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui korelasi koordinasi mata tangan dengan akurasi pukulan boast pada cabang olahraga squash, 2) Untuk mengetahui korelasi power lengan dengan akurasi pukulan boast pada cabang olahraga squash, 3) Untuk mengetahui korelasi koordinasi mata tangan dan power lengan dengan akurasi pukulan boast pada cabang olahraga squash. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 8 pemain. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik total sampling. Variabel bebas: 1) Koordinasi mata tangan 2) Power lengan. Variabel terikat: Akurasi pukulan boast. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan: 1) Tes koordinasi mata tangan menggunakan tes lempar tangan bola tenis ke sasaran, 2) Tes power lengan menggunakan medicine ball side throw, 3) Tes pukulan boast menggunakan tes ketepatan pukulan. Dalam Penelitian ini penulis menganilisis data dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini terbukti bahwa, koordinasi mata tangan memiliki korelasi dengan akurasi pukulan boast pada sig 0,016 dengan R=0,805, power lengan memiliki korelasi dengan akurasi pukulan boast pada sig 0,017 dengan R=0,799, koordinasi mata tangan dan power lengan memiliki korelasi yang signifikan dengan akurasi pukulan boast pada sig F change sebesar 0,048. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, kesimpulan yang didapat: 1) Bagi pelatih untuk dapat meningkatkan hasil ketepatan pukulan boast yang maksmal pada atlet, perlu diperhatikan untuk diberikan latihan yang mengacu pada koordinasi mata tangan ,dan power lengan secara terprogram dan terencana. ;--- The objectives of this research are: 1) To determine the correlation of hand-eye coordination with accuracy of boast on squash sports, 2) to determine the correlation of arm strength with accuracy of boast on squash sports, 3) to determine the correlation of hand-eye coordination and arm strength with boast accuracy in squash. This research method uses descriptive with test and measurement techniques. The study population was 8 players. The study sample used total sampling technique. Independent variables: 1) Hand-eye coordination 2) Power arm. Dependent variable: Boast accuracy. The research instrument uses: 1) Hand-eye coordination test using tennis ball hand throw test to the target, 2) Arm power test using medicine ball side throw, 3) boast test using punctuality accuracy test. In this study the authors analyzed the data with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this research hypothesis testing proved that, hand-eye coordination has a correlation with the accuracy of boast punch at sig 0.016 with R = 0.805, arm power has a correlation with the accuracy of boast punch at sig 0.017 with R = 0.799, hand-eye coordination and arm power have a correlation significant with the accuracy of boast at sig F change is 0.048. Based on the results of the above studies, the conclusions obtained are: 1) For the trainer to be able to improve the accuracy of the maximum boast results for athletes, it should be considered to be given training that refers to hand-eye coordination, and planned and planned arm strength.
