Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh menurunnya nilai perusahaan yang terjadi pada perusahaan sub sektor perkebunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran truktur modal dengan alat ukur indikatornya yaitu Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), gambaran profitabilitas dengan ala ukur indikatornya yaitu Return On Equity Ratio (ROE) dan gambaran nilai perusahaan dengan alat ukur indikatornya yaitu Price to Earning Ratio (PER). Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sub sektor perkebunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan pengujian hipotesis. Alat analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis regresi data panel, uji keberartian regresi, dan uji keberartian koefisien regresi. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder DER, ROE, dan PER pada sub sektor perkebunan periode 2013-2017. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan DER mengalami peningkatan, perkembangan ROE cenderung menurun, dan perkembangan PER mengalami penurunan. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel struktur modal (DER) berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan dan profitabilitas (ROE) berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sub sektor perkebunan. Kata Kunci : struktur modal, profitabilitas, nilai perusahaan, debt to equity ratio, return on equity ratio, price to earning ratio. ABSTRACT Mila Rosyadah, 1501044. The Infuence of Capital Structure and Profitability to Company Value in Plantation Sub Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2013-2017 period. Under Guidance of Dr. Mayasari, S.E., M.M. and Netti Siska Nurhayati, SE., MM This research is motivated by the decline in the value of companies that occur in plantation sub-sector companies. This study aims to determine the description of the capital structure by measuring its indicators, namely Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), a picture of profitability by measuring the indicators that are Return On Equity Ratio (ROE) and a description of the value of the company with an indicator measuring instrument namely Price to Earning Ratio (PER ). This study also aims to find out how much influence capital structure and profitability have on company value in the plantation sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification by using hypothesis testing. The analytical tools used include panel data regression analysis, regression significance test, and significance coefficient regression test. The data used are secondary data DER, ROE, and PER in the plantation sub-sector for the period 2013-2017. The results of this study indicate that the development of DER has increased, the development of ROE tends to decrease, and the development of PER has decreased. The results of this study also showed that the capital structure variable (DER) had a positive effect on firm value and profitability (ROE) had a positive effect on firm value in the plantation sub-sector. Kata Kunci :debt to equity ratio, return on equity ratio, price to earning ratio.
