Abstract

Tahun 2019, lulusan SMKN 12 yang belum bekerja sebanyak 73 siswa dari 409 siswa atau 17,8%, hal ini diduga kurangnya kesiapan kerja yang dimiliki oleh siswa SMKN 12 Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran produktif, kesiapan kerja, dan pengaruh hasil belajar mata pelajaran produktif terhadap kesiapan kerja pada siswa kelas XII Kompetensi Keahlian Airframe Mechanic di SMKN 12 Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, tes dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar mata pelajaran produktif berpengaruf positif terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 16,73%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dari hasil belajar mata pelajaran produktif terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII Kompetensi Keahlian Airframe Mechanic di SMKN 12 Bandung. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, test and documentation studies. Data analysis used is the Pearson Product Moment correlation model. The results showed that the learning of productive result had a positive effect on work readiness of 16.73%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive effect on the productive subject learning result airframe mechanic expertise competency XII garde students on work readiness at SMKN 12 Bandung.
