Abstract

Pasar modal (capital market) merupakan sebuah pasar tempat dana-dana modal, seperti ekuitas dan hutang diperdagangkan. Pasar modal memiliki peranan penting bagi perekonomian suatu negara. Peranan pasar modal bagi pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia, selain sebagai salah satu barometer investasi namun juga menjadi cermin atas tingkat kepercayaan pemodal domestik maupun internasional. Perubahan harga saham yang terjadi di pasar modal merupakan dampak dari adanya reaksi pasar terhadap suatu peristiwa yang terjadi, salah satunya adalah dari informasi yang diterima oleh pasar. Informasi ini dapat berupa informasi mengenai kebijakan corporate action yang dilakukan oleh emiten. Menurut Saleh dan Fakhrudin (2008:77) menyatakan bahwa corporate action merupakan aktivitas emiten yang berpengaruh terhadap kepentingan pemegang saham. Permasalahan yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah perubahan harga saham yang terjadi pada emiten di BEI. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan harga saham, salah satunya adanya pengumuman right issue. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui dampak pengumuman Right Issue pada Perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2011, 2) Untuk mengetahui gambaran perubahan harga saham pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2011, 3) Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh Right Issue terhadap perubahan harga saham pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2011. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan desain penelitian time series design dan metode penelitian event study. Penelitian dilakukan dengan uji-t sampel berpasangan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 20 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel maka pengumuman right issue tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perubahan harga saham di perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2011. Kata Kunci: Right Issue, Perubahan Harga Saham ABSTRACT Capital market is a market place funds capital, as equity and debt traded. Capital market has an important role to the economy of a country. Role capital market for economic development Indonesia besides as one barometer investment but also a mirror above the level of trust financier domestic and international. Stock price changes that occurred in capital market is the impact of the market reaction against an event that occurs, one is of received information by market. This information can include information about the corporate action performed by 2006. According to Saleh and Fakhrudin ( 2008: 77 ) declaring that corporate action is activity issuers that affect the interest of shareholders. Problems analyzed in this research is change stock prices happened to issuers in BEI. There are several factors who caused the price changes share, One of them is the presence of an announcement right issue. The aim of this research is to find out the impact of 1 ) the announcement statement said the right issue in listed companies on bei 2011, 2 ) to know the outlook for price changes in the shares in companies registered in bei 2011, 3 ) to know how major right issue to changes in price of the stakes in companies registered in bei 2011. The kind of research used is research descriptive and verifikatif with a design research time series design and methods of research event study. Research is done with pairs with uji-t samples and use some help software spss 20 for windows. Research showed that t count smaller than t a table and the announcement right issue did not influence significantly to change prices of stocks in listed companies on BEI 2011.
