Abstract

Air sebagai kebutuhan dasar bagi makhluk hidup akan selalu meningkat sejalan dengan peningkatan jumlah penduduk. Semakin tinggi perkembangan peradaban manusia maka semakin kompleks pula kebutuhan akan air bersih di dunia ini. Indonesia sebagai Negara kepulauan memiliki banyak aliran sungai. Banyaknya sungai di Indonesia ini merupakan potensi tersendiri untuk bisa mensejahterakan rakyat banyak, terkait dengan penyediaan air bersih. Salah satu sungai yang memiliki potensi untuk menjadi sumber air bersih adalah sungai Cipunagara. Seperti yang kita ketahui sungai – sungai di Indonesia rentan sekali tercemar maka alangkah baiknya air tersebut diolah kembali sehingga layak memenuhi kriteria air bersih.Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan dan ketersediaan air pada DAS Cipunagara untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air di kabupaten Subang. Kabupaten Subang merupakan kota berkembang dengan dinamika pertumbuhan penduduk yang semakin meningkat sehingga kebutuhan penduduk kabupaten Subang akan kebutuhan air bersih juga turut meningkat. oleh karena itu jumlah produksi air bersih yang dihasilkan oleh sungai Cipunagara harus di tingkatkan, maka dengan itu perlu adanya suatu analisa mengenai kebutuhan dan ketersediaan air bersih guna meningkat jumlah produksi air bersih untuk penduduk kabupaten Subang di tahun mendatang. Perhitungan neraca air ini menggunakan metode Nreca dengan parameter yang sudah dikalibrasi dengan debit AWLR DAS Cipunagara. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan debit kebutuhan dan debit ketersediaan Air baku, Irigasi, PDAM serta Industri. ;--- Water as basic demand to living things will always increasing in line with the population .The higher the development of civilization people so increasingly complex also need for clean water in this world .Indonesia as an archipelagic country has many the river .Many river in indonesia is a potential unique to be able to prosper public , relating to clean water supply. Water as basic demand for living things will always increasing in line with the increasing number of population .The higher the development of human civilization then it would be more complex demand a number of clean water is in this world .Indonesia as an archipelagic country having many river flow .The large number of river in indonesia is a potential can prosper people to be set apart for many , related to the supply of water bersihsalah a river which has the potential to become a source of clean water is a river cipunagara .As we know the rivers in indonesia susceptible once tainted how excellent recycle the water so as to be feasible to fulfill the criteria of water bersih.penelitian it has the purpose of know the demand and the availability of water at the watershed of cipunagara to meet high demand for water in kabupaten subang .Kabupaten subang is thriving city with the dynamics of population growth so that the demand of the growing population of kabupaten a splinter. Hence the volume of production clean water produced by a river cipunagara must be held in the increase , so with that there should have been a an analysis of the demand and of clean water supply in order to increase the volume of production of clean water to citizens of kabupaten subang in the coming years .This water balance calculation nreca uses the method with the parameters of which has been calibrated with discharge awlr cipunagara the watershed of .This research will yield discharge the demand and the availability of water discharge , irrigation , pdam and industries.
