ANALISIS ERGONOMI PADA PRAKTIK MESIN BUBUT MAHASISWA PRODI S1 DI PENDIDIKAN TEKNIK MESIN FPTK UPI

Jayanthi Ratna Putri, - (2018) ANALISIS ERGONOMI PADA PRAKTIK MESIN BUBUT MAHASISWA PRODI S1 DI PENDIDIKAN TEKNIK MESIN FPTK UPI. S1 thesis, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.

    Abstract

bagian belakang, bahu sebelah kanan, pergelangan tangan sebelah
kanan, punggung, pinggang, lutut sebelah kanan, lutut sebelah kiri, betis
sebelah kanan, betis sebelah kiri, telapak kaki kanan, dan telapak kaki
kiri.
individu bertubuh sedang memiliki skor akhir 41,43%, sedangkan
individu bertubuh pendek memiliki skor akhir 51,9%. Adapun 70%
mahasiswa yang melakukan praktik mengalami keluhan dengan
diantaranya terdapat 26 mahasiswa yang termasuk kedalam kelompok
individu sedang mengalami keluhan, sedangkan pada 30% mahasiswa
lainnya terdapat 13 mahasiswa yang termasuk kedalam kelompok
    individu sedang tidak mengalami keluhan.
;---The practicum-based learning process does not only prioritize the
knowledge being learned but attitudes when working and ergonomics
are also considered. The diversity of students' body posture that
practices lathes followed by 44 students resulted in the lack of
conformity of ergonomics (anthropometry) between students and the
machines used. This incompatibility can cause complaints (ergonomic
risk). The complaint was felt by 70% of students in several parts of the
body, such as: the back of the neck, right shoulder, right wrist, back,
waist, right knee, left knee, right calf, left calf, right foot , and left foot.
As for data processing, researchers used methods (1) Anthropometric
data collection, student body posture was divided into 3 groups, namely
the first group had a high body posture above the 95% percentile, the
second group had a body posture above the 5% percentile and below 95
%, and the third group had a short body posture below the 5%
percentile. (2) primary data collection and (3) measurement of risk
factors using the Quick Exsposure Checklist (QEC) assessment method,
the results of the QEC analysis score illustrate that high posture has a
final score of 45.24% and moderate posture has a final score of 41.43%
while short posture has a final score of 51.9%. As for 70% of students
who practice practice experience complaints with 26 of them included in
the posture group experiencing complaints, while in 30% of other
students there were 13 students who were included in the group who
    were not experiencing complaints.
