Abstract

Pentingnya instrumen asesmen motorik halus bagi peserta didik cerebral palsy spastik quadriplegia yang dapat diakses oleh guru atau tenaga pendidik di Bandung serta belum banyaknya yang mengembangkan instrumen asesmen motorik halus menjadi dasar penulis dalam melakukan penelitian. Instrumen asesmen motorik halus penting untuk mengetahui kondisi dan kebutuhan motorik halus bagi peserta didik cerebral palsy spastik quadriplegia sebagai pertimbangan dalam membuat program pembelajaran serta layanan bina diri dan bina gerak. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SLB-D YPAC Bandung dengan jumlah subjek yaitu tiga peserta didik dengan cerebral palsy spastik quadriplegia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua tahapan yaitu pengkajian teori dan pengembangan instrumen. Teori yang mejadi dasar pengembangan instrumen yaitu teori dimensi motorik halus dari Santrock, Gesell, dan Dicaprio. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu tiga peserta didik cerebral palsy spastik quadriplegia, guru kelas, ahli bidang pendidikan khusus dan asesmen serta instrumen asesmen motorik halus. Penelitian ini mendapat nilai persentase validasi sebesar 100%, dan nilai realibilitas sebesar 0,9 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat tes tergolong memiliki realibilitas tinggi dan layak untuk digunakan. Setelah proses validasi dan realibilitas, peneliti melakukan analisis butir instrumen dan didapatkan 36 instrumen asesmen motorik halus yang tergoling baik. Implikasinya instrumen ini dapat digunakan untuk menggali kemampuan motorik halus peserta didik cerebral palsy dan dapat dijadikan referensi dalam penyusunan program bina diri dan gerak;---The importance of fine motorized assessment instruments for spastic quadriplegia cerebral palsy students that can be accessed by teachers or educators in Bandung and not many have developed fine motorized assessment instruments is the basis of the author in conducting research. Fine motor assessment instruments are important to know the condition and fine motor needs for spastic quadriplegia cerebral palsy students as a consideration in making learning programs and self-building and motion building services. This study was conducted at SLB-D YPAC Bandung with the number of subjects, namely three students with spastic quadriplegia cerebral palsy. This study uses a quantitative approach with experimental methods. This study consists of two stages, namely the study of theory and instrument development. The theory that forms the basis for the development of instruments is the fine motor dimension theory of Santrock, Gesell, and Dicaprio. Respondents in this study were three spastic quadriplegia cerebral palsy students, classroom teachers, special education specialists and assessment and fine motor assessment instruments. This study gets a validation percentage value of 100%, and the reliability value is 0.99 so it can be concluded that the test device is classified as having high reliability and is suitable for use. The implication of this instrument can be used to explore the fine motor skills of cerebral palsy students and can be used as a reference in the preparation of self-development and movement programs.
