Abstract

Training Needs Assessment (TNA) merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi arah pelatihan agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Penelitian ini berusaha menjawab permasalahan penelitian yang dirumuskan, yaitu: “Bagaimanakah Training Needs Assessment di lembaga pelatihan Duta Transformasi Insani (DTI) Berbasis Model ADDIE dan Bagaimanakah kesesuaian hasil Training Needs Assessment dengan implementasi pelatihan?”. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan (1). Tahap ‘analyze’ dalam TNA di DTI (2). Mendeskripsikan tahap ‘design’ dalam TNA di DTI (3). Mendeskripsikan tahap ‘develop’ dalam TNA di DTI (4). Mendeskripsikan tahap ‘implement’ dalam TNA di DTI (5). Mendeskripsikan tahap ‘evaluate’ dalam TNA di DTI (6). Mengungkap kesesuaian hasil TNA dengan implementasi pelatihan di DTI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa wawancara, observasi/pengamatan dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, mengambil kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian temuan di lapangan, dapat diambil simpulan bahwa hasil Training Needs Assessment yang dilakukan oleh DTI sesuai dengan implementasi pada Pelatihan Masa Persiapan Pensiun. Adapun simpulan khusus yang dapat ditarik dalam penelitian ini adalah 1).tahap analyze yaitu persiapan dan menentukan kebutuhan informasi 2).Tahap design yaitu pengumpulan informasi dan merancang dan mengoperasikan rencana pengumpulan informasi 3).Tahap develop yaitu mengembangkan desain dasar dan mengubah rencana menjadi desain rencana manajemen 4).Tahap implement yaitu analisis dan melaporkan informasi hasil TNA 5).Tahap evaluate yaitu evaluasi pelaksanaan dan trainer. Hasil TNA dinyatakan sesuai dengan implemetasi pelatihan dalam aspek context, input, process dan product. ;---Training Needs Assessment (TNA) is an activity carried out to identify the direction of training to suit the needs. This study seeks to answer the research problems formulated, namely: "How about the Training Needs Assessment in Duta Transformasi Insani (DTI) Based ADDIE Model? and “how is the suitability of the results of the Needs Assessment Training with the implementation of the training?". The purpose of this study is to (1). Describe 'analyze' Stage TNA in DTI (2). Describe 'design' stage TNA in DTI (3). Describe 'develop' stage TNA in DTI (4). Describe 'implement' stage TNA in the DTI (5). Describe 'evaluate' stage TNA in DTI (6). Revealing the suitability of TNA results with the implementation of training at DTI. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation and documentation study. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. Based on the results of the research findings in the field, it can be concluded that the results of the Training Needs Assessment conducted by the DTI are in accordance with the implementation of the Masa Persiapan Pensiun Training. The specific conclusions that can be drawn in this study are 1). Analyze stage is preparation and determining information needs 2). Design stage is collecting information and designing and operating information collection plans 3). Develop phase is developing basic designs and changing plans into designs management plan 4). Stage of implementation, namely analysis and reporting information on TNA results 5). Stage evaluates the evaluation of the implementation and trainer. TNA results are stated in accordance with the implementation of training in aspects of context, input, process and product.
