Abstract

Uji kompetensi praktik diperlukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan atau kompetensi seseorang sesuai dengan standar profesi yang dibuktikan dengan sertifikat kompetensi guna memasuki dunia kerja. Oleh karena itu, siswa diharuskan melaksanakan teaching factory. Program ini diharapkan dapat mendukung kompetensi siswa sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa pada komponen penilaian teaching factory, mengetahui kemampuan siswa pada komponen penilaian uji kompetensi praktik dan mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan teaching factory terhadap uji kompetensi praktik siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII TPHP SMKN 1 Kuningan yang telah melaksanakan teaching factory dan uji kompetensi praktik paket 1. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan siswa pada penilaian komponen produk teaching factory, sebanyak 13 siswa termasuk kategori kompeten dan sebanyak 11 siswa termasuk kategori sangat kompeten. Pada komponen proses teaching factory, semua siswa telah mencapai kategori sangat kompeten. Kemampauan siswa pada penilaian komponen persiapan kerja uji kompetensi praktik, sebanyak 23 siswa termasuk kategori sangat kompeten dan 1 siswa termasuk kategori kompeten. Pada komponen proses uji kompetensi praktik, sebanyak 21 siswa termasuk kategori sangat kompeten dan sebanyak 3 siswa termasuk kategori kompeten. Pada komponen hasil kerja, sikap kerja dan waktu, semua siswa telah mencapai kategori sangat kompeten. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif pelaksanaan teaching factory terhadap uji kompetensi praktik dengan persamaan regresi Y=73,977+0,211X dan hubungannya berada pada kategori “sedang”. The competence practice test is needed to know the ability or competence of a person in accordance with professional standard that proved with certificate of competence to enter the work world. Therefore, students are required to perform teaching factory. This program is expected to support students 'competence in accordance with the curriculum 2013. This study aims to determine the ability of students on the components of the assessment of factory teaching, knowing the students' ability in the assessment component of practice competence test and know the influence of teaching factory implementation on the student practice competence test. The subjects of this study are the students of class XII TPHP SMKN 1 Kuningan who has implemented the teaching factory and test the competence of the package practice 1. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that students' ability on the assessment of teaching factory product component, as many as 13 students including the competent category and as many as 11 students are very competent category. In the teaching factory process component, all students have reached the highly competent category. Students' ability to evaluate the components of preparation for practical competence test, 23 students are very competent and 1 students are competent. In the component of the competence practice test process, as many as 21 students are categorized as very competent and as many as 3 students belonging to competent category. In the components of work, work attitude and time, all students have reached the category very competent. There is a positive influence of teaching factory implementation on practice competence test with regression equation Y=73,977+0,211X and its relation is in "medium" category.
