Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan komitmen kerja guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Ciamis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang mengambil sampel dari suatu populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. 44 SD Negeri di Kecamatan Ciamis. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran angket (kuesioner), dokumentasi dan kepustakaan. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Kecamatan Ciamis dengan jumlah 84 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan 1) pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru berada pada kategori sedang, 2) pengaruh komitmen kerja guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru berada pada kategori sedang, 3) pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan komitmen kerja guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru termasuk kategori dalam kategori sedang selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan komitmen kerja guru berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Implikasi pada penelitian ini jika supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan komitmen kerja guru menjalankan peran dan fungsi dengan baik maka akan meningkatkan kinerja mengajar guru. ;---Purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of school principals' academic supervision and teacher work commitment on teaching performance of Public Elementary School teachers in Ciamis District . The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Research methods that take samples from a population and use questionnaires as a data collection tool. 44 Public Elementary Schools in Ciamis District. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, documentation and literature. The location of this study was conducted in the SD Negeri Ciamis District with a total of 84 respondents. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded 1) the effect of principals 'academic supervision on teacher teaching performance is in the moderate category, 2) the effect of teacher work commitment on teacher teaching performance is in the moderate category, 3) the effect of principals' academic supervision and teacher work commitment the teacher's teaching performance includes the category in the medium category while the rest is influenced by other factors. The results revealed that the school principal's academic supervision and teacher work commitment had a significant and positive effect on teacher teaching performance. The implication in this study is that the academic supervision of the principal and work commitment of the teacher performs the role and function well, it will improve the teacher's teaching performance.
