Abstract
Pada hakikatnya seorang anak yang masih dikatakan remaja dan dalam pengawasan orang tua masih berjuang untuk menemukan jati dirinya sendiri, jika dihadapkan pada keadaan luar atau lingkungan yang kurang serasi penuh kontradiksi dan labil, maka akan mudahlah mereka jatuh kepada permasalahan batin, hidup penuh kecemasan, merasa tidak diperhatikan sehingga bertindak sesuka mereka. Hal seperti ini telah menyebabkan remaja-remaja Indonesia jatuh pada permasalahan perilaku dan karakter yang membawa bahaya terhadap dirinya sendiri baik sekarang, maupun di kemudian hari. berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi buruknya karakter anak mulai dari faktor lingkungan, pergaulan bebas dan pendidikan menjadi dampak dari degradasi moral dan krisis karakter bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) model pembinaan anak panti asuhan pada Panti Asuhan Al-kautsar; (2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat pembinaan anak pada Panti Asuhan; (3) dukungan masyarakat dan pemerintah terhadap pembinaan anak yang diterapkan Panti Asuhan Al-kautsar; (4) proses pengembangan kemandirian anak Panti Asuhan Al-kautsar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian pemimpin, pengasuh, anak asuh, dan masyarakat di sekitar Panti Asuhan Al-kautsar. Selama penelitian di Panti Asuhan Al-kautsar lembang dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) model pembinaan dilakukan secara rutin dan insidental dalam bentuk pembinaan kepribadian dan kemandirian. Pembinaan kepribadian meliputi pembinaan spiritual, kesehatan, dan bimbingan psikologi. Pembinaan kemandirian meliputi pembinaan bakat, bimbingan belajar, memasak dan keterampilan Handycraft; (2) faktor pendukung yaitu minat anak asuh untuk dikembangkan serta hubungan yang baik antara pengasuh dan anak asuh; dan faktor penghambat yaitu kurangnya tenaga pengasuh; (3) dukungan masyarakat dan pemerintah terhadap panti asuhan ini sangat didukung sekali baik itu dalam program yang dijalankan maupun timbal balik bantuan dari panti kepada masyarakat; (4) proses pengembangan kemandirian yang dikembangkan panti asuhan al-kautsar memiliki dua metode yaitu pembinaan secara pendekatan langsung dan menggunakan kegiatan rutin. ;--- On the fact that a child who is still said to be teenagers and in the supervision of the parents still struggling to find her own identity, if exposed to the outside environment or circumstances that are less full harmonious contradictions and unstable, it will be easy lah they fell to inner problems, life is full of anxiety, feel cared for so acting the way they are. Things like this have caused Indonesia adolescents fall on problems of behaviour and character that posed a danger to her own good right now, and at a later date. a variety of factors that affect poor children character ranging from environmental factors, free association and education into the moral degradation and the impact of the crisis of national character. This research aims to describe: (1) model of coaching children in orphanages Orphanages Al-kautsar; (2) factor endowments and a barrier to coaching children in Orphanages; (3) community support and Government against the construction of the child applied to the orphanage of Al-kautsar; (4) the process of developing self-reliance children Orphanage setia1heri. This study used a qualitative approach to the subject of research leaders, caregivers, foster care, and the community around the orphanage setia1heri. During research in the orphanage Valley by using techniques of observation, interview and documentation. The results of this research indicate: (1) model of the construction done routinely and incidental in the form of coaching personalities and self-reliance. Coaching personalities include spiritual coaching, health, psychology and guidance. The construction of independence include coaching talent, tutoring, cooking skills and Handycraft; (2) supporting factor, namely the interest of foster care to be developed as well as a good relationship between the caregiver and child custody; restricting factor and that is lack of power a nanny; (3) community support and Government against the orphanage is very good once supported it in a program that runs as well as mutual aid from the community; (4) the process of the development of self-reliance developed orphanage al-kautsar has two methods, namely the direct approach in the construction and use of routine activities.
