Abstract

Sistem tenaga merupakan jaringan interkoneksi besar yang kompleks, dimana dibutuhkan suatu sistem tenaga yang stabil dan handal sesuai dengan kebutuhan parameter yang dikehendaki. Namun pada kenyataannya, seiring semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat akan energi listrik, kapasitas penyaluran energi listrik kepada masyarakat juga mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, variasi pada beban dan pembangkit dapat mengakibatkan gangguan pada sistem. Pada penelitian ini, gangguan kestabilan small-signal berupa osilasi daya terjadi setelah pemindahan beban sistem Jawa Tengah ke sistem Jawa Timur melalui pengoperasian PMT di gardu Sragen, Jawa Tengah dimana PLTU Pacitan mensupply daya ke sistem Jawa Tengah. Kemudian nilai eigen dan vektor eigen sistem dianalisis mengunakan modal analisis untuk mengetahui kondisi kestabilan sistem interkoneksi Jawa-Bali, jenis osilasi yang terjadi dan faktor partisipasinya. Dari hasil analisis didapat bahwa osilasi jenis lokal dan inter-area tersebar diberbagai titik pembangkit diseluruh sistem interkonesi Jawa-Bali yang direpresentasikan dalam sebuah mode osilasi beserta derajat partisipasi setiap unit generator dari setiap mode osilasinya. Selanjutnya sistem interkoneksi Jawa-Bali dinyatakan tidak stabil karena terdapat satu nilai eigen yang memiliki bagian real positif pada mode osilasinya. ;---The power system is a large complex interconnection network, which requires a stable and reliable power system in accordance with the requirements of the desired parameters. But in reality, along with the increasing public demand for electricity, the capacity to distribute electricity to the public also experienced a significant increase, variations in the load and the plant can cause disruption to the system. In this study, small-signal stability disturbances in the form of power oscillation occur after the transfer of load from the Central Java system to East Java system through the operation of the breaker in the substation of Sragen, Central Java where the Pacitan power plant supplies power to the Central Java system. Then the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of the system are analyzed using modal analysis to determine the stability of the Java-Bali interconnection system, the type of oscillations that occur and the participation factors. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the local mode oscillation and the inter-area mode oscillation were scattered in various plants throughout the Java-Bali interconnection system which is represented in an oscillation mode with the degree of participation of each generator unit from each oscillation mode. Furthermore, the Java-Bali interconnection system is declared to be unstable because there is one eigenvalues which has a real positive part of the oscillation mode.
