    Abstract

    Permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi oleh pengusaha pengolahan emping melinjo yaitu menurunya pendapatan dari tahun 2015 dan 2016 yang menyebabkan beberapa pengusaha berhenti berproduksi karena merasa sudah tidak ada harapan untuk terus melanjutkan usahanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh percaya diri, pengambilan rIsiko dan kepemimpinan terhadap pendapatan pengolahan emping melinjo di Kecamatan Kedawung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey eksplanatori dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket. Responden berjumlah 30 orang dari populasi 30 responden para pengusaha emping melinjo di Desa Tuk dan Desa Astana. Populasi terdiri dari jumlah laki-laki sebanyak 23 dan perempuan sebanyak 7. Data yang telah dikumpulkan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel percaya diri, pengambilan rIsiko dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan pengusaha pengolahan emping melinjo di Kecamatan Kedawung Kabupaten Cirebon.

    ;---The problem of this research is the total revenue on emping melinjo entrepreneur diminishing in the periode 2015 to 2016 it caused some entrepreneurs to stop production because they felt there was no hope to continuing production. This research aimed to analyze the influences of confidence, risk taking and leadership to total revenue on emping melinjo entrepreneur in Kedawung district. Method use in this research is explanatory survey, by using questionnaire data collection techniques. The respondent amounted to 30 people out of a population of 30 people, in Tuk Village and Astana Village. Data have been collected are then analyzed by using simple linear regression. The result showed that the effect of entrepreneur characteristics have positive and significant impact on the total revenue.
