Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Kontribusi Sistem Informasi Manajemen terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai Tata Usaha pada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Andir”. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi sistem infromasi manajemen terhadap peningkatan efektivitas kerja pegawai tata usaha pada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Andir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup yang disebar kepada 33 orang pegawai sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil perhitungan Weight Mean Score (WMS), menunjukan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen termasuk pada kategori sangat baik dengan skor 3.09 dan efektivitas kerja pegawai termasuk pada kategori baik dengan skor 2.99. Hasil uji normalitas terhadap distribusi data menunjukan bahwa variabel X dan variabel Y berdistribusi normal, selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan statistik parametik. Analisis korelasi menggunakan Pearson Product Moment, diperoleh koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y adalah sebesar 0,563 yaitu menunjukan bahwa korelasi kedua variable berada pada tingkat hubungan yang positif dan cukup kuat. Sementara itu, hasil uji signifikasi dengan uji-t jika dibandingkan yaitu t_hitung(3.733) > t_tabel (1.697) artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Selanjutnya, hasil uji koefisien determinasi yaitu bahwa variabel X memberikan kontribusi terhadap variabel Y sebesar 31% dan sisanya 69% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Ŷ = 19.729 + 0.557 X. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara sistem informasi manajemen terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai tata usaha pada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Andir. ;---This research entitled "The Contribution of Management Information System to the Effectiveness of Administrative Employees at SMP Negeri in Andir Subdistrict". This study aims to determine the contribution of management information system to improve the effectiveness of administrative staff at SMP Negeri in Andir District. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used a closed questionnaire distributed to 33 employees as a sample of research. The calculation results of Weight Mean Score (WMS), shows that the management information system included in the category very well with the score 3.09 and the effectiveness of employees including good category with score 2.99. Normality test results to the distribution of data shows that the variables X and Y are normally distributed, then the data analysis using parametric statistics. Correlation analysis using Pearson Product Moment, obtained correlation coefficient between variable X and variable Y is equal to 0,557 that show that correlation of both variable resides in level of positive and strong relation. Meanwhile, the result of the significance test with t-test when compared is thitung (3.733)> ttabel (1.697). It means there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. In addition, the coefficient of determination test is that the variable X contributes to the Y variable equal to 31% and the remaining 69% influenced by other factors. Regression analysis results obtained equation Ŷ = 19.729 + 0.557 X. In conclusion, there is a positive and significant relationship between management information systems on the effectiveness of administrative staff at SMP Negeri in Andir District.
