Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mengimplementasikan pendekatan pembelajaran interactive conceptual instruction pada sebuah multimedia pembelajaran serta pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan pemahaman kognitif siswa pada mata pelajaran pemrograman dasar di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain quasi experimental dalam bentuk non-equivalent control group design. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI RPL 3 dan XI TKJ 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen tes berupa soal yang digunakan untuk pretest dan posttest dan instrumen non-tes berupa angket. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa (1) multimedia pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan dinyatakan layak diujicobakan dan dikategorikan baik berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli media dengan persentase 61,33% dan hasil validasi oleh ahli materi dengan persentase 73,75%, pemahaman kognitif siswa mengalami peningkatan berkategori rendah, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji gain terhadap nilai pretest dan posttest siswa diperoleh index gain sebesar 0,12. (2) evaluasi siswa terhadap multimedia termasuk kategori baik dengan persentase keseluruhan sebesar 80,02%. ;---This research purpose is to find out how to implement the learning approach of interactive conceptual instruction in a multimedia learning and its effect on improving student's cognitive comprehension on basic programming subjects in SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. The method used in this research is experimental method with quasi experimental design in the term of non-equivalent control group design. The sample used in this research are students of XI RPL 3 and XI TKJ 2. This research uses a test instrument in the form of questions which is used for pre-test, post-test and non-test instruments which is in the form of questionnaires. As the result (1) Multimedia learning that has been developed is considered feasible test and can be categorized good based on the results from media expert validation with the percentage of 61,33% and the result of validation by the subject matter expert with the percentage of 73.75% student's cognitive comprehension experienced a low categorization increase, it is proved by the results from pre-test and post-test, students obtained index of 0.12. (2) Students evaluation of multimedia learning is good category with overall percentage 80,02%.
