Abstract

This paper are made to describe the use of media video in Français de l’Hotellerie et de la Restauration. The implementation is aimed to the learners which is by displaying the video to the learners, the use of media video can help improve learning creativity, gesture, expression and vocabulary in learning Français de l’Hotellerie et de la Reatauration. The improvement can be done through presentation of the video and after the presentation finish, the learners prepare their own dialogues then continue by simulation. ;--- Ce mini mémoire se fait pour décrire l’utilisation du média vidéo dans l’apprentissage de Français de l’Hôtellerie et de la Restauration. La mise en œuvre s’adresse aux apprenants en leur présentant la vidéo. L’utilisation du média vidéo peut aider les apprenants à améliorer leurs créativités, gestes, expressions, et vocabulaire en apprenant le Français de l’Hôtellerie et de la Restauration. L'amélioration peut se faire grâce à la présentation de la vidéo et après la fin de la présentation, les apprenants préparent leur propre dialogue et puis continuent par simulation.
