Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja guru meluputi perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, evaluasi pembelajaran hingga tugas-tugas lain yang diembannya. Focus kajiannya diarahkan pada factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah merupakan factor yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengkaji tiga variable yaitu gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah (X1) iklim sekolah (X2) dan kinerja guru (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey eksplanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar angket dengan model skala likert. Responden adalah guru SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi sebanyak 38 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah berada pada kategori cukup efektif, iklim sekolah berada pada kategori cukup kondusif dan begitupun dengan kinerja guru berada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, diperoleh hasil bahwa gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah baik secara parsial maupun simultan memliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru;---This study was conducted at SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. The poblem in this study is the teachers’ performance has not optimal yet that include learning planning, learning implementation, learning evaluation, and the other teachers’ obligation. The main focus of this study is directed to the factors that affect teachers’ performance. The situational leadership style of the principal and the school climate are considered as the factors that have an effect to the teachers’ performance. Therefore, this study examined three variables, that are situational leadership style of the principal (X1), school climate (X2), and teachers’ performance (Y). This study was conducted by explanatory survey method. The technique to collect the data was using likert scale questionnaire. The respondents were 38 teachers of SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. The data analysis technique was using regression analysis. The result of the data analysis shows that the situational leadership style is in quiet effective category, the school climate is in quiet conducive category, and the teachers’ performance is in the average category. Based on the result of regression analysis, it is found that the situational leadership style of the principal and the school climate have a positive and significant effect to the teachers’ performance partially and simultaneously.
