Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis komponen ketahanan budaya, menganalisis partisipasi masyarakat dan implikasinya terhadap ketahanan budaya di Desa Wisata Kampung Adat Cireundeu. Partisipasi masyarakat dilihat dari proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi desa wisata. Sedangkan komponen ketahanan budaya yang peneliti analisis ialah eksistensi budaya, upaya pelestarian dan nilai tambah budaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan dan wawancara dengan perwakilan masyarakat serta dilakukan pula studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ketahanan budaya pada kelompok masyarakat adat dikategorikan tinggi. Sedangkan ketahanan budaya pada kelompok masyarakat non adat dikategorikan sedang. Sementara, partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan desa wisata dalam kelompok masyarakat adat partisipasi sudah tinggi akan tetapi, dalam kelompok masyarakat non adat partisipasi masih sedang. Lebih lanjut, ditemukan implikasi partisipasi masyarakat terhadap ketahanan budaya berupa partisipasi yang mendorong adanya ketahanan budaya melalui komponen ketahanan budaya. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat dapat menjadi salah satu faktor yang mendorong ketahanan budaya;---This study aims to analyze the components of cultural resilience, analyze community participation and its implications for cultural resilience in the Cireundeu Traditional Village Tourism Village. Community participation is seen from the process of planning, implementing and evaluating tourist villages. While the cultural resilience component that researchers analyze is cultural existence, conservation efforts and cultural value added. The method used in this study is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through field observations and interviews with community representatives as well as literature studies. The results showed that cultural resilience in indigenous groups was categorized as high. While cultural resilience in non-indigenous groups is categorized as moderate. Meanwhile, community participation in the development of tourism villages in indigenous groups is already high participation, however, in non-indigenous community groups participation is still moderate. Furthermore, it was found the implications of community participation in cultural resilience in the form of participation that encourages cultural resilience through the cultural resilience component. So it can be concluded that community participation can be one of the factors that encourage cultural resilience.
