Abstract

Karyawan merupakan aset terpenting dalam perusahaan, terutama bagi perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa seperti hotel. Maka dari itu, eksistensi dari karyawan perlu untuk dipertahankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan di Padma Hotel Bandung. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja (X) yang terdiri dari sub variabel kepuasan pribadi berupa pengikutsertaan dan pengakuan (X1), keterlibatan sosial (X2), pengembangan karir (X3) serta gaji dan tunjangan (X4). Sedangkan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah loyalitas karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari 100 orang karyawan Padma Hotel Bandung melalui kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS 20 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa karyawan Padma Hotel Bandung belum puas terhadap pekerjaan mereka dan belum memiliki loyalitas yang baik pada perusahaan. Selanjutnya, kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 73,2% terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Model regresi yang ditemukan adalah Y = 15,879 + 0,690 X1 + 1,012 X2 + 1,097 X3 + 1,136 X4. Gaji dan tunjangan memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Sedangkan kepuasan pribadi berupa pengikutsertaan dan pengakuan memiliki pengaruh yang paling kecil terhadap loyalitas karyawan. ;---Employees are the most important asset in a company, especially a company in service sector such as hotel. Therefore, the existance of employees needs to be maintained. This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty in Padma Hotel Bandung. The independent variable of this study is job satisfaction (X) which consist of sub-variables personal satisfaction in the form of participation and recognition (X1), social involvement (X2), career development (X3), then salary and benefits (X4). While the dependant variable of this study is employee loyalty (Y). This study uses a descriptive research methods with quantitative approach. Data were collected from 100 employees of Padma Hotel Bandung through questionnaire. Sampling was carried out by simple random sampling technique. This study employed multiple regression using IBM SPSS 20 for Windows program for data analysis technique. Findings showed that employees of Padma Hotel Bandung not satisfied yet with their work and did not have a good loyalty to the company yet.. Furthermore, job satisfaction had an effect of 73,2% on employee loyalty. The regression model discovered was Y = 15,879 + 0,690 X1 + 1,012 X2 + 1,097 X3 + 1,136 X4. Salary and benefits had the greatest effect on employee loyalty. While personal satisfaction in the form of participation and recognition had the lowest effect on employee loyalty.
