    Abstract

    Penelitian ini menganalisis implikatur tuturan terpidana UU. ITE No. 11 Tahun 2008 Pasal 28 Ayat (2) dengan menggunakan alat bedah pragmatik. Kerangka analisis implikatur yang dipergunakan untuk mengkaji tuturan terpidana ujaran kebencian melalui analisis terhadap prinsip kerjasama. Analisis implikatur menunjukan bahwa tuturan terdakwa pelanggar UU. ITE No. 11 Tahun 2008 Pasal 28 Ayat (2), melanggar salah satu atau lebih dari prinsip kerjasama. Dalam penelitian ini terungkap implikatur terpidana pelanggar UU. ITE No. 11 Tahun 2008 Pasal 28 Ayat (2) direalisasikan dalam penggunaan gaya bahasa, selanjutnya fungsi bahasa pelanggar UU. ITE No. 11 Tahun 2008 Pasal 28 Ayat (2) teridentifikasi. Fungsi bahasa yang sering muncul dari tuturan terpidana adalah fungsi representasi dan fungsi personal.

    ;---This study analyzes the implications of the convicted UU. ITE No. 11 of 2008 Article 28 Paragraph (2) by using pragmatic analysis. An implicature analysis framework used to examine convicted speeches of hate speech through an analysis of the principle of cooperation. Implicit analysis shows that the defendant's speech violates the law. ITE No. 11 of 2008 Article 28 Paragraph (2), violates one or more of the principles of cooperation. In this study revealed the convicts of convict violators of the Act. ITE No. 11 of 2008 Article 28 Paragraph (2) is realized in the use of language style, then the language function of violating the Law. ITE No. 11 of 2008 Article 28 Paragraph (2) identified. The language function that often arises from the convict's speech is the function of representation and personal functions.
