Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan penulis adalah Studi Kelayakan Bisnis Bakso Lotus Jembar yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji kondisi uasaha Bakso Lotus Jembar yang memiliki rencana untuk mengembangkan bisnis tersebut lebih lanjut apakah sudah dapat dikatakan layak untuk merealisasikan rencana tersebut atau tidak layak dan perlu ada perbaikan didalam keseluruhan aspek dari studi kelayakan bisnis tersebut. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode campuran yaitu kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen Bakso Lotus Jembar, owner dan karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan untuk konsumen Bakso Lotus Jembar adalah sejumlah 95 orang konsumen.untuk teknik wawancara kepada owner menggunakan sampling jenuh dan sampling stratified random sampling untuk karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat aspek yang sudah layak adalah aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek keuangan, aspek teknis dan operasi, aspek menajemen dan organisasi, aspek manajemen sumber daya manusia, aspek ekonomi, aspek sosial dan budaya. Selanjutnya terdapat aspek yang tidak layak yaitu aspek hukum dan aspek politik. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah secara keseluruhan Bakso Lotus Jembar ini sudah dapat dikatakan layak dengan beberapa rekomendasi yang harus diperbaiki. Hal yang paling utama untuk diperbaiki adalah dari aspek hukum dan aspek politik karena kedua aspek ini masih belum dikatakan layak untuk dikembangkan. Pihak Bakso Lotus Jembar masih harus menyelesaikan kewajiban perihal perizinan pendirian suatu usaha. Selanjutnya untuk aspek – aspek yang lain sudah dapat dikatakan layak untuk dikembangkan. ;---The research conducted by the author is the Business Feasibility Study Bakso Lotus Jembar which aims to assess the condition of business.Bakso Lotus Jembar which has plans to develop the business further if it could be feasible to realize the plan or not feasible and there needs to be improvement in all aspects of the study the feasibility of the business. The analytical method used is the method that is a mixture of qualitative and quantitative. The population of this research is that consumers Bakso Lotus Jembar, owner and employee. The sample used for consumer Bakso Lotus Jembar is some 95 people consumers, to interview the owner using saturation sampling and stratified random sampling to employees. The results of this study are already worthy aspect is the market and marketing aspects, financial aspects, technical aspects and operations, management and organizational aspects, aspects of human resource management, economic aspects, social and cultural aspects. Furthermore, there is the aspect that is not worth that is legal and political aspects. The conclusion of this study is overall Bakso Lotus Jembar can already be said to be feasible with some recommendations that should be corrected. The main thing to be improved is of the legal and political aspects because these two aspects are still not be feasible to develop. Bakso Lotus Jembar still need to complete the obligations concerning the establishment of a business license. Further to aspects - other aspects that could have been said to be developed.
