Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fakta bahwa kurangnya model pembelajaran yang memotivasi dan memudahkan siswa dalam pembelajaran menulis teks berita. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengembangkan salah satu model pembelajaran, yaitu model Learning Cycle berbasis kecerdasan linguistik berbantuan Line Today. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar terciptanya model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan proses belajar siswa dan menyesuaikan cara mengajar guru. Penelitian ini membahas empat pembahasan, yaitu 1) profil atau keadaan awal pembelajaran menulis teks berita; 2) rancangan model Learning Cycle berbasis kecerdasan linguistik; 3) pengembangan model Learning Cycle berbasis kecerdasan linguistik, dan 4) keefektifan model Learning Cycle berbasis kecerdasan lingusitik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Adapun langkah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D), yaitu studi pendahuluan (studi pustaka dan lapangan), pengembangan (penyusunan draf, uji coba terbatas, revisi uji coba terbatas, uji coba lebih luas, revisi uji coba lebih luas), dan pengujian (keefektifan draf akhir. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dnegan angket, observasi, dan hasil tes. Penelitian ini juga melakukan uji t untuk mengetahui efektif atau tidaknya model Learning Cycle berbasis kecerdasan linguistik. Berdasarkan uji t, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan model Learning Cycle berbasis kecerdasan linguistik berbantuan Line Today efektif dalam pembelajaran menulis teks berita. ;---This research is motivated by the fact that the lack of learning models that motivate and facilitate students in learning to write news texts. Therefore, this study develops one of the learning models, namely the Learning Cycle model based on Line Today's linguistic intelligence. This study aims to create a learning model that suits the needs of the student learning process and adjusts the teaching method of the teacher. This study discusses four discussions, namely 1) profile or initial state of learning to write news texts; 2) design of Learning Cycle models based on linguistic intelligence; 3) development of Learning Cycle models based on linguistic intelligence, and 4) effectiveness of linguistic intelligence-based Learning Cycle models. The research method used is research and development (R & D). The research and development (R & D) steps, namely preliminary studies (literature and field studies), development (drafting of drafts, limited trials, limited trial revisions, wider trials, wider trial revisions), and testing (draft effectiveness The end of the data collection technique was done by questionnaire, observation, and test results.This study also conducted a t-test to determine whether or not the Learning Cycle model was based on linguistic intelligence.Based on the t test, this study showed that the development of Line Assisted Intelligence Learning Cycle models Today is effective in learning to write news texts.
