Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model bimbingan dan konseling keagamaan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis ibu dan mengetahui kefektifan model tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan research & development dan metode penelitian menggunakan mixed methods research design. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) profil kesejahteraan psikologis ibu-ibu PKK di 3 kelurahan Bekasi secara umum berada pada kategori sedang. (2) Merumuskan model hipotetik bimbingan dan konseling keagamaan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis ibu yang terdiri atas beberapa komponen yaitu: rasional, deskripsi dan masalah kebutuhan, tujuan, asumsi model, target intervensi, komponen program, langkah-langkah kegiatan, kompetensi konselor untuk implementasi model, struktur dan isi intervensi, evaluasi dan indikator keberhasilan. (3) Model tersebut efektif untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis yang melingkupi dimensi otonomi, dimensi hubungan positif dengan orang lain, dimensi penguasaan lingkungan, dimensi pertumbuhan pribadi, dimensi tujuan hidup dan dimensi penerimaan diri. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, model bimbingan dan konseling keagamaan dapat direkomendasikan sebagai salah satu program konseling untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis pada ibu.

This study aimed to develop a religious guidance and counseling model to promote psychological well-being and to identify the effectiveness of the model. This study used research & development and mixed methods research design. The result of this study showed that (1) the profile of psychological well-being of mother were in moderate category. (2) Formulate hypothetical model of religious guidance and counseling to improve maternal psychological well-being consists of several components: rationale, description and the problem needs, objectives, assumptions of model, targeted interventions, program components, activity measures, counselor competencies for the implementation of the model, the structure and content of the intervention, evaluation and indicators of success. (3) The model is effective to improve the psychological well-being that encompass dimension autonomy, dimension positive relations with others, dimension environmental mastery, dimension personal growth, dimension purpose in life and dimension self-acceptance. Based on these results, the model of religious guidance and counseling could be recommended as one of the counseling program to improve psychological well-being of the mother.
