Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketertarikan penulis terhadap wanita yang ikut berpartisipasi di keluarganya dengan bekerja sebagai buruh di pabrik yang membuatnya cenderung menjadi dominan secara kuantitas di sektor industri, terlebih hal tersebut bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan fisiologis keluarga. Hal tersebut yang juga terjadi pada buruh wanita di Pabrik Indoneptune Net Manufacturing Rancaekek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai eksistensi tenaga kerja wanita dalam memenuhi kebutuhan fisiologis keluarga di Pabrik Indoneptune Net Manufacturing Rancaekek. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) faktor ekonomi menjadi faktor pendorong utama yang menyebabkan keinginan bekerja dari buruh wanita di pabrik Indoneptune Net Manufacturing Rancaekek, hal tersebut menunjukan besarnya keinginan untuk wanita memperbaiki perekonomian keluarga dengan bekerja; (2) Buruh pabrik wanita memiliki peran yang cukup besar dalam memenuhi kebutuhan fisiologis keluarga, terutama untuk buruh pabrik wanita yang telah berkeluarga. Hal tersebut digambarkan ketika mereka dapat memenuhi kebutuhan fisiologis keluarga dengan baik dan terjamin. bahwa banyak dari mereka yang mengalokasikan penghasilannya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan fisiologis keluarga,; (3) Adanya eksistensi buruh wanita di pabrik tersebut dalam memenuhi kebutuhan fisiologis yang menunjukan adanya kedudukan mereka yang cukup penting dan berperan terhadap keberlangsungan kehidupan rumah tangga, yang tidak sedikit dari mereka dijadikan sebagai tumpuan pendapatan keluarga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan fisiologis keluarga, ;---The research is due to the author’s interest against the women who participated in the family by working as a labor at the factory, that makes it tend to become dominant in quantity in the industrial sector, especially has aimed to fulfill the family's physiological needs. This case also happen with female workfoce at the Indoneptune Net Manufacturing Factory in Rancaekek. The aims of the research is to provide an overview of the existence of a female workforce in fulfill the family's physiological needs at the Indoneptune Net Manufacturing Factory in Rancaekek. The method use in this research is qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study are: (1) economic factors become the main factor that causes female workfoce has the desire to work in the Indoneptune Net Manufacturing factory in Rancaekek, this shows the great desire for women to improve the family economy by working; (2) Factory women have a big enough role in fulfilling the physiological needs of families, especially for the workers of the factory women who have married. It depicted when they can meet the needs of a family with both a physiological and assured. that many of those who allocate their income to meet the physiological needs of families; (3) There are the existence of a female workforce in the factory to fulfill physiological needs which shows the existence of their position which is quite important and contributes to the sustainability of household life, and not a few of them are used as a foundation for family income to fulfill the family's physiological needs.
