Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh educational gymnastic terhadap keseimbangan siswa kelas V SDN 032 Tilil. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah eksperimental desain dengan pendekatan kuantitatif metode pretest dan posttest one grup design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V di SDN 032 Tilil sebanyak 32 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu tes stork stand, hand stand, dan head stand. Hasil penelitian educational gymnastic menunjukan pretest stork stand rata-rata 32.813, untuk hasil posttest stork stand rata-rata 39.281. Pretest hand stand rata-rata 1.406, untuk hasil posttest hand stand rata-rata 1.438. Sedangkan untuk pretest head stand menunjukan rata-rata 1.844, untuk posttest head stand menunjukan rata-rata 1.969. Hasil uji paired sample t test dengan nilai Asymp.sig (2-tailed) 0,000 untuk stork stand maka Ha diterima, sedangkan untuk nilai Asymp.sig (2-tailed) handstand yaitu 0.813 dan headstand yaitu 0.458 sehingga H1 ditolak. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa educational gymnastic PGD posisi statis berpengaruh terhadap keseimbangan siswa kelas V SDN 032 Tilil saat melakukan stork stand, tetapi untuk hand stand dan head stand tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. ------ The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of educational gymnastics on the balance of fifth grade students of SDN 032 Tilil. The research method that I use is experimental design with quantitative approach method one group pretest and posttest design, The sample in this study is a fifth grade students at SDN 032 Tilil as many as 32 students. Sampling was done by total sampling technique. The instrument used is the stork stand, hand stand and head stand test. The research result shows pretest educational gymnastics stand stork average 32.813, For the posttest results stand stork average 39. 281, Pretest average hand stand 1.406, For the posttest results of an average hand stand 1.438. As for the head stand pretest showed an average 1.844, to posttest head stand shows the average 1.969. The test results paired sample t test with a value Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) 0.000 to stork stand so Ha is received, while for the Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) handstand and headstand namely 0.813 and 0.458 so that H1 is rejected. From these results it can be concluded that educational gymnastics static position PGD affect the balance of fifth grade students of SDN 032 Tilil during a stork stand, but to hand stand and head stand did not have a significant effect.
