Abstract

Kota Bandung merupakan salah satu kota besar yang berada di Indonesia, letak kota Bandung yang dikelilingi oleh pegunungan membuat kota Bandung memiliki cuaca yang sejuk. Selain itu juga kota Bandung merupakan salah satu kota dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang meningkat secara pesat. Pertumbuhan perekonomian kota Bandung tidak lepas dari perkembangan bisnis yang ada di kota Bandung,.dengan meningkatnya kegiatan bisnis di kota bandung maka perlu disediakan fasilitas untuk menampung segala kegiatan bisnis baik untuk kegiatan bisnis hingga tempat istirahat untuk para pembisnis. Proses perencanaan dan perancangan Bandung Felicity hotel ini menggunakan pendekatan kinerja dengan pendekatan ini perancangan berdasarkan alur atau sirkulasi, baik untuk sirkulasi pengunjung, pengelola, dan service. Pada Bandung Felicity hotel ini menerapkan beberapa unsur arsitektur tropis yaitu pada fasade bangunan, landscape dan jenis tanaman yang digunakan seperti penggunaan shadding sebagai penyerapan panas dari radiasi sinar matahari dan penggunaan jenis tanaman, sedangkan untuk tema elegan penerapannya dapat dilihat pada bentuk dan sirkulasi bangunan. Bandung Felicity Hotel ialah hotel yang terletak di tengah kota dan memiliki fasilitas yang menunjang segala kegiatan bisnis. ;--- The city of Bandung is one of the big cities in Indonesia, the location of the city of Bandung which is surrounded by mountains makes the city of Bandung has cool weather. In addition, the city of Bandung is one of the cities with rapid economic growth. The economic growth of the city of Bandung can not be separated from the development of business in the city of Bandung. With the increase of business activities in the city of Bandung, it is necessary to provide facilities to accommodate all business activities both for business activities to a place of rest for businessmen. The process of planning and designing Bandung Felicity hotel uses a performance approach with this approach design based on flow or circulation, both for the circulation of visitors, managers, and service. At Bandung Felicity this hotel applies several elements of tropical architecture, namely the building facade, landscape and the types of plants used such as the use of shadding as heat absorption from sunlight radiation and the use of plant types, while for elegant themes its application can be seen in the shape and circulation of buildings. Bandung Felicity Hotel is a hotel located in the city center and has facilities that support all business activities.
