Abstract

Pada pembangunan gedung bertingkat sering kali dijumpai pekerjaan-pekerjaan yang dilakukan berulang, kegiatan yang dilakukan secara berulang diantaranya pembuatan kolom dan balok pada setiap lantai gedung. Metode penjadwalan yang umum dipakai pada proyek pembangunan gedung bertingkat saat ini adalah penjadwalan dengan bagan balok (barchart). Namun metode bagan balok dianggap mempunyai kelemahan dalam proyek dengan kegiatan-kegiatan berulang Linear Scheduling Method (LSM) merupakan metode penjadwalan yang dianggap lebih cocok untuk pembangunan dengan kegiatan berulang. Untuk melakukan penjadwalan dengan Linear Scheduling Method (LSM) diperlukan data sekunder yaitu time schedule. Data sekunder tersebut kemudian dianalisa sesuai dengan langkah-langkah pengerjaan Linear Scheduling Method (LSM) untuk kemudian dibandingkan dengan metode yang dipakai sebelumnya. Penelitian ini membandingkkan penjadwalan antara metode barchart dan Linear Scheduling Method (LSM) pada proyek Sumbersari Junction. Hasil analisis menunjukan banwa dengan menggunakan Linear Scheduling Method menghasilkan waktu yang lebih sedikit dibandingkan metode barchart. Linear Scheduling Method menghasilkan umur proyek lebih cepat sepuluh minggu dibandingakan metode barchart. ;--- In the construction of high rise buildings, it is often found that repetitive work, the activities carried out repeatedly include making columms and beam on each floor of the building. The scheduling method commonly used in multi-storey building construction projects is currently scheduling by barchart. But, barchart method considered to have weaknesses in projects with repetitive activities. Linear Scheduling Method (LSM) is scheduling method which is considered more suitable for repetitive development activities. For do the scheduling by Linear Scheduling Method (LSM) must have secondary data that is time schedule. Secondary data is then analyzed according to the steps of the Linear Scheduling Method (LSM) work and then compared to the method used previously. This research is comparing schedule between barchart method and Linear Scheduling Method (LSM) in Sumbersari Junction Project. The result of this research is show that use Linear Scheduling Method (LSM) method resulting in less time than the barchart method. Linear Scheduling Method (LSM) produce a project life of ten weeks faster than the barchart method.
